only during rinse ,the 4c code comes. I tried this way, but it didn't work. Do you have any idea how to fix it. Thanks

May be water inlet presser is low, 4C error occurs whenever water doesn't fill up to required level in the tub within specified time. to confirm please fill the tub with a bucket of water manually when rinse cycle starts, if there is no error then the water level sensor is working fine and if the error occurs even after filling tub manually then need to replace sensor and check. and also check if the inlet pipe is bent, folded or squeezed at some point, if yes then straighten it. hope this would be helpful. In my case machine takes water but after level 2 the water comes out from outlet pipe and the machine get hang with this 4C error. Checked with water inlet and blockages still not working. I checked it with changing washing cycle too but same.. 4c error and machine get hang

@@riddhichauhan8859 if your washing machine has pump type drain system then the drain pipe should be raised to the height of machine, if it is passive type drain system then there is possibility that the drain valve is open due to some foreign object which might be draining the water and 4c is displayed as the drum is not filling enough water in given time....the drain valve needs to be checked and replaced if necessary. these are the possibilities I can guess without seeing the appliance, hope this would be helpful.
