I've been using this phone since Oktober and I'm still loving it. After an update a month ago to one UI 6 , makes my phone slightly faster and the new look is interesting. So far there's nothing a complain for me in this phone. The only complain i have that the screen bezel is thicker than I've anticipated 😅😂

I have always been intrigued at this phone since it is really cheap but a new Samsung device. I would get it as a backup and specifically for filming and only filming. The Snapdragon 680 is actually good for budget phone, because this same soc was on A23 and is way more expensive. The A05s display colour and quality isn't as good as the A13, besides it has no Gorilla Glass. You may think the performance isn't really good with 680, but it is actually the One UI is really bad performer. I have used Flyme and MIUI on slower devices and cheaper than A05s and A13 and outperforms all of them in UI smoothness

Had mine for a week now, stunning phone - Hint - It's not a S24 Ultra. I turned the refresh rate down to 60htz (Std), and turned on power saving mode and the battery lasts forever! I always thought power savingode would wreck the performance, but with both of those settings, there is zero difference in the phones' performance. Love it.

Mine’s the 4/128GB in awesome Black-no NFC on the A05s sold in AU/NZ. Playing COD Mobile on mine on the lowest settings of course. Gaming Hub is missing Game Booster and game plugins on the A05s which the A04s has.

imo this phone is infinitely better than the A05 in a number of ways, not just the screen, finger print scanner, better screen with a higher res and higher refresh rate, triple camera setup, better front facing camera, better chipset and One Ui 6 vs One Ui core This is the phone Samsung is pushing heavily in my market to get people in the entry level space and into the Samsung ecosystem, while it's base price is high and for a few extra bucks the A15 is the better pick, because Samsung is pushing this phone so much, it's always on Sale, which makes it a really sweet buy, that's the reason i got over the A15, because comparing the sale price to the A15 price, it's a significant difference.

I can understand the reasoning to streamline the designs of all the A series phones so they all essentially look the same from the back. However, I still can't get over the fact that Samsung has made all their flagships look the same now as well!? I feel like the A05s is just like a bridge. I mean lets just say there are 2 Islands (A05 and A15). The A05s is pretty much just a bridge to fill in the gaps. If you want actual upgrades, Go for the A15 5g. If your the kind of person who just needs a phone, just go for the A05. Like, lets be honest. Who actually takes macro shots very often? Its either you decided to test your macro lens, or you just randomly take macro photos at 3am If you want a better screen, Go for the A15 5g, that has an amoled.
