Thanks! this made my transfer from phone to phone so easy and didn't have to pay someone at Boost Mobile to do it. I actually bought this phone after watching your unboxing video and hopefully it last as long as my Galaxy S3 which I've had 7 yrs and I'm only changing it cause you can't find real Samsung batteries for it. I've watched some of your other videos on the a10e and I've picked up a few of your tip recommendations so I'll be looking for more of your videos on the a10e.

Hi, I realize it’s been a while since you made this video I went through the steps hoping it would help even though I don’t have the Samsung I’m going from one LG phone to a new LG phone I’ve tried two or three apps none of them work I was able to get my contacts, I only had 8 to 10 photos my issue is getting my text messages sent to my new phone I would so much appreciate if you could help me I am not a tech person and I’m not a young person and I can’t seem to get the help I need anywhere thank you so much and advance and I must say your video was delightful very thorough to the point and I enjoyed it thank you

Hello. So I have Tracfone service and I'll soon be switching from an LG phone to this A10e. Both are Android by the way. Is this going to work for me? Also, I've seen this done via connecting the phones with a USB cable, which I may need to do as my old phone may no longer have internet service once I activate my new phone, but you need a small adapter. Does that come with this Samsung phone? Thanks.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Stardust, 4.3 system. I am unable to bring up the smart switch from the play store. Believe me, I have tried over and over, no luck. You said you have a link, so would you please send it to me. I just don't understand how it can be so easy for you to access it and it won't show up on my old phone. I have spent too much time trying to transfer the info. I also tried with cable, I don't have the connector to complete the process. I didn't get a connector with my A10e purchase. Thank you.

My Tracfone Galaxy stardust 4.3 is not compatible with with the current Samsung Smart Switch. I finally found out how to access the app and when I went to install I got the bad news. So much wasted time.

I did this several time with my new Galaxy A 20 and my old phone and it did not work two days later I tried it again and they connected but at 72 % both phones showed a disconnected message. I re tried and it final worked everything got transfer with no issues. I think it was I power issue with my old phone, 1st time it was under 50% battery 2nd time it was about 80% battery and that when I plug in the charger to old phone and it finally worked. BTW it made since after the fact because the reason I got the new phone was short battery life issue on the my old phone
