The fact that you went in on the A10e like this has made me happy to know I have bought a good phone. The display and turning it to dark mode was something I was very interested in. The landscape mode on the home screen was something I was totally missing on my LG X Charge a lot. So glad that this phone has it there.

Kevin Kiso thank you for the video and I need to update my current Samsung I have now to a newer android running system of 10.0 b/c the ford pass on my current phone no longer works on the 6.0 running system. I heard pro and cons of the Samsung galaxy a10e but am thinking of purchasing this phone from track phone (it’s my carrier). I am just questioning the running system of Android I if it will upgrade to 10.0 with no problem.

love this video! I have question about how to adjust the lock screen time out! How to do it? The Home Screen is easy to adjust the time out, but the lock screen is not the same button. I can't find settings to keep it on longer. Also, How to I adjust the time and icons at the top of the screen so they are larger as well? They are so small I can hardly see them. One question, as a follow-up to your video: the five icons that are across the very bottom of your screen - the phone, the message, the settings, Chrome, and camera -- can that bottom row be changed? Your video shows how to add the Apps button to that bottom row, but can I add other icons to that bottom row? When I add app icons to the home page, they appear up above, not on that bottom row that always stays there. Thanks in advance.

GREAT video. I just got one of these phones today and your video has helped me figure it out. If I had to name the one most helpful tip, it was how to display the battery charge level on the home screen (20%, 100%, whatever it is). I couldn't figure out how to do that, so I couldn't tell how much charge the battery had in it. Setting up the home screen itself also was very helpful. I didn't know any of this.

@@johnstephen7610 yeah I just got this phone also I like it but the facial recognition could be better my girlfriend has the iPhone XR and the facial recognition is better because on the A10E barely recognizes my face when I'm laying down compared to when my girlfriend is laying down and she tries to unlock her iPhone

I just purchased this phone and I was actually googling Bixby because I don't know what it is and its on the phone and then I ran across this video gem. It has been very helpful, lots of cool things that I would not have known if I did not watch this video. I have changed a couple things already from watching this video. I also like that nothing is permanent you change it back to original, also with the themes, you can view them before you set your phone to them.

Purchased this model in September, 2019. Watched these 'tips & tricks' along with the two 'hidden features' videos. All are extremely helpful. A10e just reset itself (user error - I had it in my pocket while asleep). Had to set up from scratch again. Revisited the videos for features I couldn't recall from 6 months ago.
