FINALLY! I have been trying to figure out how to get my music app to show up on the lock screen. I'll admit I'd rather have the app show like it used to with the skip forward/back, play/pause, etc but I can accept this. Honestly I'm not a fan of this phone. I've had way better ones with better features. I hope to one day get an iPhone. It depends on my bf.😅 No way I can afford one.

If I could give you 5 thumbs up, I would. I have watched a LOT of A12 videos over the past week since getting my first cell phone (an A12), and this video has been the most useful so far. Half the stuff on other videos isn't even an option on my phone.

I agree. I spent hours trying to find the QR scanner. Most of the videos showed it in the settings. I finally found it after Googling it... 1. Open Samsung browser. 2. Tap the bottom right icon with that red N. 3. There's the QR code scanner. ... After all this, my niece asked, "why didn't you just download the QR scanner in Play store?"... ohhhh

Go to Samsung.com, scroll down to the bottom, and click on support, then product support. You can connect with a Samsung agent to help you troubleshoot it and if the steps don't work then you can send it in and get a replacement if you're within 1 year of purchase. Hope this helps.

Because I really don't understand what's going on with the Volume Because I have no Problem hearing the Volume through my KZbin Hulu Netflix--- But every time I try to pull up a Google ad or listen to the news through Google Just doesn't matter what it is!!!
