I think the part of the video when you referenced using the device on multiple carriers, stating the carriers would be good- also your use location- so consumers know if the device functions in that region, the device band, etcetera- I also like to see the device manager to see how much storage and RAM is there out of box

Highly recommend getting this! I have it, I love it. It has good speakers, good battery, decent screen and overall a good phone! On KZbin you can only do 720p tho. And it doesn't run fortnite. Very good phone I love it, I never had a flagship phone but to me this feels like one!!!❤

Thanks for doing this video. In future videos can you go into notification lights, settings and possibilities please? Smart phones are doing away with front notification lights and its driving me crazy, and when shopping for a new one it's never mentioned in the stats.

Was looking to replace my Gakaxy S6, but not willing anymore on paying the price for the latest S series. From how on it's less than $200 for me. Did my research and this video was useful. Other than it lacks the capacity for induction charging, there's nothing I miss of my S6. The screen is way better than S6. All I need for calls, messaging e-maill, Social media, pics, movies, videos, music and the only game I play, Backgammon. Price was $120 and it was a gift from my brother. Happier than a dog with two tails. You can buy 9 of these for the price of the latest Galaxy S phone.

I bought A20s for my mom yesterday... it's a great phone .. camera is not special but good enough . . yea video is shaky but quality is good ...and the only downgrade side is the display...it has larger display but lower resolution...which makes the camera worse although it takes decent photos...you can check photos by transferring into other phone... other than that it's a great phone in this range with brand value as well

I have an A 10S and love it but plan on buying my husband an A20S so thank you for the information my phone does a lot of the same things but his hands are big so the A20S is perfect so again thank you.

I've had my Samsung A20s for almost a year now and I love it. The only thing I dont like is that i can't put my apps on my sd card. I got my Grandson a Samsung A20 and you can add apps to the sd card on his phone. I will check on this the next Samsung phone I buy.

Hi kevin! Im about to purchase a new smartphone in a few weeks time. I'm trying to decide whether to buy this( A20s) or buy an older phone the Samsung Galaxy A5(2017) which is IP68 certified. The specs is not as great as that of the A20s but its water and dust proof. While the A series looks like its built on flimsy plastic. But the screen on the A5 is a bit smaller and still runs on android Oreo. Which would you recommend? Thanks a lot!

Just bought this for our kids as upgrade from s5neo. KZbin has been buffering all day. Internet speed is max 39mbps when our s8 is getting 80mbps. They love the screen but if it can't even handle KZbin I am thinking we should return them. Thoughts?
