Hi please someone can help me ? I tried to factory reset my Samsung A5 2017 , I press " wipe factory reset". And down to screen was writing " wipe factory complete". After " Failed to clear BCB message, failed to find partition". Now if I reset or when I try to open my phone on screen is writing : " conect to WIFI or data , an authorised factory reset was interrupted. " ( it's asking for my phone or email but it's not connected at all . How to fix it ? Can you know ?
