This phone has been amazing for me. The display is just gorgeous, and if you are not used to a flagship, this phone feels very "snappy" and fast. After one day of typical use, I'm still at 60-65% battery and it charges back to 100% in less than 30 minutes. Truly the perfect phone for someone who doesn't want to or can't spend the extra money on a flagship, and it looks so similar to the s20.

Darius III we’re taking about the camera design. And as for the build quality, just slap a case on it and that problem is solved. It’ll look exactly like the s20 minus the extra camera and the placement of the flash. And most people don’t even look in too deep so... yes, it looks very similar to the s20

I have an A51 I don't feel it's the fastest phone out there. But it does everything I want fine and haven't had any problems. Has good cameras and nice looking device. My only one real gripe is I can't move apps to SD card but I have plenty of space so that's not a big deal.

I just ordered one of these last night. The A51 is currently $279. I was tempted to go up to the A71, but for $120 more I decided I really don't need it. If I was playing demanding games I might, but I really don't. The only thing I wish this had that it doesn't is dual speakers. I expect this phone to last me approximately a year, unless I see something else I like better. Thanks for the video, can't wait to get it!

Hellcat i use it all day watching movies and it’s still pretty good. Battery life still remains somehow same but I think it slightly changes depending on how and how much you use the phone. It charges pretty fast tho so it’s not really a problem. however it’s kinda slow sometimes so I recommend it if you don’t mind it kinda lagging at times. also camera quality is not that great. Overall it’s still a good phone with a great design👍🏻

I closely watch new models of phones as they come out, but I can't find a compelling feature that would give me cause to even consider an upgrade. @@fqa__6048 depends on what you mean by "zoom". Do you mean macro shots? Or do you mean talking photos of things that are far away? The macro lens is awesome, so your super close shots are impressive .... but the concept of "zooming" on a phone is a fallacy. All you're doing is taking a 48mp photo with a fixed-lens "main" camera and cropping. Yes, this will always produce a lower quality/res result ... because nothing has actually changed other than you're given the illusion of a physical zoom lens and what you're really doing is digitally cropping. My advice - go online and find a tonne of photos and video taken by A51 owners and let that guide your choice. For me - the camera array is GREAT, I love the WIDE camera in particular ... If YT would allow me, I'd start posting samples ;)

@@Zero_One_Official The only problem to me is it heats a lot during Fast Charging but since it charges fast I don't need to use it while charging. It also heats up a bit when using Mobile Data and under heavy use. Definitely, no hangs whatsoever.

@Oreo Muffin I would say it's still good so far. I'd say the battery is around 90% of it's original capacity. Still runs me fairly well throughout the day without having to charge midday. As for gaming, all I ever do with it is some light gacha games , rhythm games and only one performance taxing game (Genshin Impact). Gaming usually takes about 15% battery after an hour session. Daily tasks such as work and classes and social media are smooth sailing especially with the multi-window function. I have the 8gb RAM with the snapdragon processor model. I guess that's all. Hope I could clarify a thing or two for you.

I have A51 and I'm happy with it. The cons don't matter that much to me, but I enjoy the perks. The additional pluses were for me: easy of transfer of all apps, files and settings (since I had Galaxy S5) and compatibility with good headphones from S5 (the ones added to A51 are a cheap crap). I love the display and the battery holds even up to 4 days! This is amazing.

I've been using this phone for about 3 weeks now. I have the 6gb model. For the price $299 I am very happy with this phone so far. The camera takes good pictures ( not great but for $299 I can't expect much more) the battery is more than enough to get me through the day to day and a half. The screen is gorgeous. I love that it has 128 gb of storage AND expandable storage, headphone jack and AOD. I just don't think you can go wrong with this phone

I was considering the a51 first but bought the a71 for a sole reason, the processor. In my country the a71 runs SD 730G which should make the performance last for a couple of years without slowdown. Cant say the same about the a51.

I've been on the fence on this phone. Love the display. Love the battery life. Cameras are a hit or miss for me. It's by far the slowest app to open sometimes. Lots of times I get shutter lag. Probably cause I'm trying to take pictures of my son while he's playing. Pic in low light are ok and sometimes terrible. And video in low light is weird cause the camera can't make up its mind and the brightness keeps going back and forth mid video recording. But overall camera experience has been ok. That's me nit picking. I've decided to use this for a work phone and will probably upgraded in 6 months. It's a good price and don't want to pay anymore than I have to right now.

Not sure where in this video you got the idea, but the phone does not lag. Taking 0.5 second more to load a page is not a lag lol.

@@Gladioli10 Yeah, based on this video it's not that bad but based on my experience of using a couple of Samsung phones in the past, the lag will slowly but steadily become worse as you use the phone more... my old S6 took so long to open important apps such as WhatsApp, GDrive, Instagram and even the Contacts app that it frustrates me on the daily, and it wasn't even a year old. While my LG is 4 years old now and even though there are some stutters here and there, the daily performance is nowhere as consistently laggy and sluggish as the S6 was. I was hoping to finally upgrade my phone and the A51 and the new OneUI seem promising, but I'll have to wait for more long-term reviews... or I'll just buy an older (non-Samsung) flagship with Android 10.
