Would never buy Xiaomi, Realme, Poco whatever, chipset ain't the whole phone, those specs don't matter too much when they are so compared to Samsung's software...if you can afford this phone, and want great experience from mid range phone, this phone is for you, don't waste your money on "cheaper and stronger" phones because you'll pay with your nerves with their bugs...this phone also has ip67,dark mode (better for battery), 6 and 8gb ram (ram+) and 3 years of updates + 4 years of security...

@@heshangunathilake a52 doesn't exist anymore, it's almost impossible to find him in my country, no more a52/a72/even xiaomi redmi note 10 pro. hasn't 3.5mm jack, yes faster cpu and i think better gpu, but a52s is newer, better camera, also gorilla glass 5, FE has gorilla glass 3, i mean, it's kinda individually, small differences and a52s is also cheaper.

Currently using the A52s atm and I must say, Samsung has really upped their game on the OS department. My last Samsung device was a Galaxy S6 and it is night and day as far as I remembered. Sure there may be cheaper with the same specs as the A52s but, you can't beat reliability especially with the guarunteed 3 years OS update. And review aside, mam, you're gorgeous. 👍

You have 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security patches and updates guaranteed with this phone, and tbh I feel like that's the selling point, you're paying for a very stable and well rounded midrange phone that does well in every area without being perfect, and so the extra money goes for this reliability that it offers over the years, also OneUI is one of the best UIs out there so you know you won't find any problems with it !

One pro tip for charging phones.. if you charge your smartphone with a Relatively slow charger.. phone's battery lasts longer... Trust me I'm doing it for over a 6 months and I have observed the difference.

@@malekyounes35 Slow charger doesn't heat the battery much, and heating the battery by any means will cause relatively more degradation. So slower charger extends the overall health of the battery.

Watching her review on my A52s 5G. Nowadays, phones are getting better and better. Making it hard to choose which one is best for you. For me, A52s is one of the best. The Battery life should have been a little bit better.. Photos in low-light have too much noise...with a whitish hue... the OIS doesn't seem to be working as efficient as others... 25W charger must have had included in the BOX.

What I'm looking for in a smartphone is if it's main front camera and rear cameras take photos which shows a more accurate skin tone and "close to real life" colour rendering, a more than average white balance, HDR and a great EIS that would equal OIS. Am using the 8GB variant for a month now. M52 won't give you good low light pics. So is the case abt other Chinese phones around same price range. So go for the 8GB variant which is absolutely a stunner in every aspect!

@@Manishi759 I got the 8gb variant for 30k during the sale. But if you have the chance, check in one of the nearest retail store, maybe they can get you at around 29k for the same variant. That's what they told me when i went there to apply a tempered glass after i already purchased the phone online.

Watching this on an a52s too... Only thing that i can complain so far is that i use nova launcher and everytime i close an app to get to home screen..there is like a 400ms delay....although it might easily be solvable after the phone recognizes my pattern of using...anyways great review as always

Amazingly, the A52s is just 340$ with included Galaxy Buds 2. Not sure why in Romania we have such a good offer, so I decided to buy it. It's the same price here as the Realme GT ME, 115$ cheaper than the OP Nord 2, just 20$ more expensive than the Xiaomi 11 Lite, but 45$ cheaper than the Xiaomi 11 lite NE.

Very nice, you mentioned everything I dislike about this phone after 6 months of use. I was surprised to hear that the 8GB RAM variant performs better. I thought it's just poor RAM management that contributed to the sluggish performance. 6GB is clearly not enough anymore.

I am using this phone 8gb varient, got it for 31.5 k, it's not bad but you expect a cetrain premium feel to it and not just in terms of display, I don't know why but I don't feel that it's worth the price, I will suggest people to go for One Plus nord 2 5g, but don't buy it for anything more than 28 k, use the discounts and the vouchers and try to get the price to as low as possible. 28k is the normal price after discount.

I bought the 8 GB RAM version and I have experienced sluggishness when using Line App to upload a clip or playing a video clip within Line App. I need to run Samsung device care App to optimize the device system very often to solve this. It' s so annoying. It was strange that when the problem occurred and I clicked the Device Care, it showed 80+% performance. At this level there shouldn't be problem playing the Line video. That's weird! Another thing I noticed when clicking "Memory" from within Device Care, it showed 3.8 GB of 8 GB RAM available when the Line video stopped playing! With 3.8 GB RAM available, there shouldn' t be a problem but it happened! Also under available RAM it showed RAM Plus ( Virtual Memory) $ 4 GB. Clicking i ( for information about virtual memory) it says Virtual Memory means the internal storage can be used as virtual memory to improve performance. So physical RAM is only 4 GB isn' t it? Some time KZbin video stopped playing but when I used my old Huawei phone to compare same KZbin clip ran smoothly so my WiFi was not the cause. I wonder if anyone has similar problem. I would appreciate if anyone can explain about RAM Plus virtual memory. Does virtual memory work automatically or do we need to activate it somehow?

The OS updates matter. Yes there are cheaper ones with better specs but their software updates suck. Would much rather have the OS updates for 3 years and 4 years security than small hardware differences
