Yeah it's basically a RAM Drive. The Windows OS for example has had software available for many years that can do this too, so it's great to see that Samsung has built this feature directly into their phones for free 👍

I'm watching this in my A53. The Oled screen is great. The front facing speakers and bottom work really well together. It's the same size as my hands. So it feels small, but it's fine. It also has contactless payment too 😊

Yes You sure can It's underneath your text message and all you do is click on the person you're texting and hit details That's under Google messaging anyways I was using Verizon because I have Verizon Verizon text app but it went away so under Google text just go to the person your text of your wanting to change the notification ringtone or whatever and hit details and then it'll take you to you know what songs you want to pick or what app Hope that helps Hope you understand All right thanks have a good one later

According to tech reviews, this option is pretty much unnecessary given you got decent amount of ram (4 or 6gb)! Unless your running many new (and up-and-coming) downloaded apps.

Found this by accident. Because one thing about my A53 it does not come with much explanation and instruction whatsoever... What are the pros and cons to jumping from the factory setting of 4 to 6? Because they're always IS

It boosts apps depending what app is used at the time and allocates to your usage. It's extra virtual RAM.

I think the Ram Plus is a gimmick. Here's an example. I've got the A52 5G which is has 6GB of Ram. Now that I just got One UI 4.1 update my Ram is set for 4GB by default with the option to set it to 6GB which the phone is anyway?? Feel like it's another trick from Samsung similar to throttling performance with their Flagships with their GOS (Game Operating Service) app.

I added the Ram plus into 8 gb is that okay? I have a samsung phone that you have this year, it's definately cool. My mama bought for me, i was definately upset about that phone, cos some features hasn't turned on yet that time, i was confused and my mama almost wanted to return the phone to seller. However, after i turned on some needed features i want to use that phone everyday, don't judge the book by it's cover hehe.😁

No it doesn't just allows you to open more apps

It runs better than the A32 which was claimed to be one of the best phones for gaming last year. So imo from having mine once you clean it put of all the bloat and turn off all the shit you don't need plus open developers options and drop down the animation and flip on the 4x and the game boost mode. It is pretty much on par maybe a lil better than the snapdragon 845. On geekbench I'm pulling 1888s and that's starting to creep up on flagships devices. Tbdh I really want the new A73 that phone looks to be the phone to get if you don't wanna drop the loot on a flagship.

I still have A A20 as well. I'm considering upgrading to the A53, but I'm still on the fence. My only reason to upgrade would be the4 yrs of Android updates and 5yrs of security updates Plus metro by T-Mobile is offering a free line of service if I upgrade

This isn't upping the ram FREQUENCY. It's just increasing the amount of RAM by 2gb. Frequency is the ram speed.
