Samsung already reached A55 but still using so thick bezel and chin and triple camera , not good at all. At a lower price we will get Poco X6 Pro which gives much thinner bezel and chin and way better chipset. Due to so thick bezel this phone looks dated from the front. A series used to have quad camera and a protective camera bump also which looked much much better in my opinion. Samsung really is expert in ruining its good side better than anyone. [To be honest Samsung puts brand value too high in A series.] Good side about A55 is - ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. IP 67 2. Kind of good looks (Not sure) 3. 4K recording in 32 MP front facing camera 4. Timely and long-lasting updates 5. Bigger display than predecessor 6. Gorilla Glass Victus+ is used when others use GG5 or so. Not so good enough in the price point - ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1. Too slow charging [25W charging is literally history now. Samsung should use at least 80W / 100W like Oneplus. They also use 100W in this price point so why not Samsung ?] 2. Samsung introduced 7000 mAh in the industry and now does not use it itself , At least 6000 mAh should have been used. 3. Thick bezel and chin , does not look good. Considering the size of the phone , the display looks small due to thick bezels. 4. Weak processor considering the price , D8300 Ultra in Poco X6 Pro give >1.5Mn Antutu score which is even lesser in price whereas this Exynos 1480 struggles to reach even 8 Lacs. Not good. Exynos was never good to begin with. 5. Base variant is 8 | 128 which should have been at least 8 | 256 which is a huge bummer. And then a 12 | 512 should have been there... 6. Bloatwares in this pricing is unforgivable. 7. Latest processor but not even Wi-fi 6E. 8. Only curved frame around buttons and otherwise sharp flat frame , around the display and back panel the frame should have been more curved. 9. Samsung still sticks with the same 12MP and 5MP , I think its time to upgrade. 10. UFS 3.1 is used where in lower budge you can get UFS 4.0 [in Poco X6 Pro] 11. A35 used even worse RAM & ROM type ,, LPDDR4X & UFS 2.2 in 30-35K is unacceptable , At least LPDDR5 & UFS3.1 should have been there. 12. Camera on A35 is 50+8+5 and only a puny 13MP in front , just ridiculous.

Absolutely , not so good points are always more than the good parts in A series , it is a repitition of history itself.

Samsung should at least stick to some features that Samsung built itself like bigger batteries. Some of the lower budget phones have 6000 / 7000 mAh but A series still continue with the old class 5000 mAh. Although 5000 is a very standard size but when you look at other phones at similar pricing , 5500 mAh , 6000 mAh can also be attained. So yeah , Samsung should use 6000 mAh for sure. Also about charging what you said , jumping to 80/100W straight from 25W is way too big of a hurdle for Samsung. But yeah Samsung should increase their charging speed for sure. If not 100 then at least 60-75W should be there. One thing you missed that missing Charging brick and Case in box. Those two are must. Brands now-a-days in the name of eco-friendlyness introduce more boxes whoch in turn just degrades the nature. Increasing the box size and including a case and a charger will in fact save the nature even more. With a phone you have to buy a charging brick and a cade so two more box. Even if you use recycled material you are using more material just to cater one device , using a bit more in the box will in face help in broader aspect. Samsung should learn this simple logic.
