Hey Wade, love your channel. I've had my A71 for almost 3 months now and I love it. I got the international version with a case/screen proctor combo from Amazon for less than $400. I agree with you about the stereo speakers. As far as the refresh rate, it's not that big of a deal for me. I plan on keeping mine until it no longer receives updates.

I Bought it 2 weeks ago, and im very satisfied. Except it had some minor buggs the first 3 days wich dissapeared. It also has some minor laggs when scrolling fast in some apps, wich dosent botter me anyway. Its much more functional in a good way, than my old iPhone se (with ios14).

Got my A71 a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. Good price and ridiculously fast shipping from B&H. This definitely felt like a big upgrade from my battery-cursed December 2017 iPhone 7 😂 The cameras are good, I personally love the addition of the macro camera, and it actually has a headphone jack so I don't have to use dongles all the time. It came the day ios 14 came out, so I did find it hilarious that my mind was being blown with widgets as ios finally got them. Plus, my battery lasts so long even when I am at work in a building with bad service.

I really love having my email preview as a widget so I have one work screen and one personal screen. Still haven't had much free time to customize as much as I would like. I did get a cool battery app that added a color customized battery widget. So far my favorite Samsung theme pack has actually been the "candy" icon pack they released that changes all icons to a pleasant shape.

My daughter (18) still loves her a70 . She games talks social media , everything you can do on a phone alot. She used my s20 ultra for a month and hated it. She loved the speakers , she wasn't big on refresh rate but the battery life killed it for her totally. She gave it back to me and went back to her a70 and was happier. I just got her the v60 from lg mainly for the camera flexibility and features and never gets less than 12 hours sot. She calls it the perfect smartphone. I liked it so much I got one too . You never hear comments on the speakers or the eye melting display on the v60. It's only 60 Hz and FHD but LG incorporated it's tv tech in the screen and believe me , it paid off in spades .

Got mine a week or two ago, and I love it! Of course, except for the annoying green tint that can be seen especially with grey backgrounds (like Spotify's). I really don't know if it's a software or hardware issue, since I've read of people that got replacements and the tint still persisted on different parts of the screen.

Hi, I just want to say that I just got this phone with 5g on my birthday about a week and a half ago. Its an upgrade to the Samsung S8+ and so far I love it. I love the fact that I can store a lot photos and videos on it due to the bigger ram and storage on it. The graphics are great. Overall I'm happy so far ☺.

Good review video! Got the phone 2 weeks ago, just because i decided to sell my rog phone 1st edition, and i must say that even if this is a downgrade on paper i must confirm that is a plus for me, bigger screen, the rams and cpu and gpu even if lower on paper u cant feel the difference, and is android 10 ofc and get updates kinda often, i had 2 of them since i have it. Batery is more than enough and is great that u can chose to charge it normal mode when home or quick charge when idk maybe in car or at work if an emergency, but i suggest keep normal mode charge bcs on long run is better for battery. I really enjoy this phone, got it for ~300Euro here in RO and it doesn't bother me that is plastic, i got a case for 10E which is rugged one and is looking badasss. Size is big perfect almost full body screen ratio and i think that only Note 20 Ultra is bigger than this. As a minus i dont have any yet and even if i try to force find a minus, reason to not like it i cant find one atm, i wasnt so happy about this phone not even 2 years ago when i got the asus rog phone... but i remember i was like this when i got htc oneM9 many years ago when htc did awesome phones back then.

If you take videos in super steady mode then the quality is bad. Without any steady mode the video is also up to the mark.

I have the A71 since it was launched and I really love it until now but the camera isn't that great which is expected for a midrange. Even if it is 64MP, it takes lower quality picture than S9+ which is only 12MP. BTW, if I install Gcam, will it really make a difference ? I was lucky to get the 8GB version. Maybe A72 will come with 765 or even bettern than this and with 90hz refresh rate screen. But to be honest, I would prefer 60hz with dual speaker because to me this is more important than the refresh rate. I find this the worst part of the phone.

I like it. Its got soul, personality and a lot more to offer than a good few other Mobile Smartphone devices in its range. Not to complicated for the novice users amongst us and plenty of longevity with regard to its technical ability. I've had my mind set on getting this phone. But on the Samsung Canada site, it's $699.99, & I think it would be better if I went with a plan. Then just buying it unlocked, and putting my current plan on it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My LG v40 went belly-up last week and now I'm looking for a new phone. I think the V60 is just too big for my purposes so was looking at the s20 FE. Might now consider this one. T-Mobile has it in their stores for $600 for the 5G version. HOWEVER, as I write this (on December 15th '20) the T-Mobile 5G version is on sale direct from Samsung for $375.

The a71 phone comes with 25watts charging right. But if u buy a 30 watts block. Will it work or damage your battery faster. I am curious about that. Can someone let me know Somephones have 30watts block charging and incase i forget my charger. I dont want to damage my phone from a higher powered block from someone else.

M51 all day. Seems to be the same as A71 but with monster 7000mah battery. They are available here in the UK. Mine is arriving Tuesday. So exited!

As somebody who had purchased the a71 5g before the s20 fan edition came out im stil pretty happy I honestly don't think this phone is worth its 600 dollar price tag but considering by the next a series phone that comes thats similar to this it'll be cheaper overall I still didn't fully regret making this purchase

@techdaily There is a black smudge which shows just around fingerprint scanner when i try to unlock the device with fingerprint scanner. Is it because of optical scanner or a manufacturing defect which i just noticed? Is this happening with anybody else? Please comment.

Soooo what is the A71 SE? I got the A71 at Christmas, and even though it doesn't mention it, it is connecting to 5G, so does that just mean it's working harder than the 5G version and maybe draining my battery a bit faster? Thanks so much, great videos! Hi from Vancouver BC Canada, Jan 2021

I appreciate your thoughts...thanks! I really wish this phone had a telephoto lens. Not having it makes me look at the FE but I want a headphone adapter. I've notice that there is ever so slight lag in voice sync with my wireless earbuds on my S7. Maybe that's because it's an S7 but I'm experiencing the same thing with my bluetooth harman kardon speakers on my Windows 10 laptop with the latest drivers. And I really don't want another thing to have to charge.

Got the a71 at laugh. Its awesome phone for the money and time. Samsung oneui is great, and had 4 os updates since and it will receive adroid 11 and hopefully even 12. Phone is still performing as fast if not faster than day one. I'll only upgrade again for high refresh rate amoled. I'll take a good look at the upcoming oneplus 8t.

I love the Galaxy A71 but I wish it would have a bit more premium feel. I had it for 7 months and for some reason I got some issues with the main speakers though (probably because I was listening to loud music for hours daily) but other than that it’s an amazing phone

My one arrives tomorrow, switching from the S9 to it. Told myself this, dont get a flagship right now, give it a year or two and flagship prices will drop but they will stay the same quality. Cant wait for it to come, almost exactly the same specs as my s9 but, A) cheaper and B) it's not started slowing down yet
