I have purchased a lot of budget earbuds like sound peats and other but they don't compare to longevity compared to the big budget name brands. I have had my Sony earbuds for 2 years and they have zero problems and are still going strong where as the budget earbuds just inch past their year warranty and they completely start breaking down. This has happened to almost all of the budget ones. The most recent one was the kissaral ufo earbuds and they stopped working after 3 days and Have gotten horrible customer service so those won't be replaced or refunded because they have ignored me completely. That was the last straw for me. Big budget brands have way more superior customer service and longevity. If I calculate how much I have spent on budget ones I could have bought a better brand and it would last for years.

To be fair, Soundpeats have a good reputation for customer service and will replace almost any damaged buds without even requesting a return - I've got first hand experience of this when one of mine stopped charging after about 8 months. They just sent out a brand new pair no questions asked. Not sure you'd get that lucky if you went to someone like Samsung, Apple or Sony. Even under warranty they'd probably try to blame you for breaking them.

You missed one feature of the Galaxy Buds which makes it better that the cheaper ones. Ambient Audio. Means you can hear everything around you with taking out the buds

I touched on it in my previous videos, but honestly in my personal use, I just take a bud out when having a conversation with someone instead of holding a finger up to my ear. And the permanent ambient audio setting wasnt impressive in my testing (nothing compared to my Sony MDR-1000X).

I have the galaxy buds, and that feature is straight garbage on them. It is only as good as "sidetone" in gaming headphones. You just barely hear your voice feeding through the mic and everything else is still very muffled. If I want to talk to someone, I just take one out. I like the Galaxy Buds and will probably keep them, but trust me, if that is a deciding factor in getting them vs saving money by buying different pair...save the money.

This review is pretty helpful but after having used the TrueFrees before I can't say that I would recommend them. Both pairs that I have owned have broken down on me in a very short amount of time, but until then they did seem very good. Other than that this is pretty spot on.

@@ShaneSymonds And there always on sale, have the Galaxy and Soundpeat's, recently bought the one's with the lid, have the original without the lids, after getting through pairing process which can be confusing on the initial paring, they do sounds pretty damned good. The other pair without lids my wife is going to use for calls and her hearing loss issues. I paid around $30 for the one's with the lid and the older without were about $22.00 . For the money they are well worth it. It's strongly advisable to watch SoundPears official video on pairing, will save you a lot of grief.

I just got the jabra elite 65t and am returning them b/c they are too big and hurt my ears after 15 minutes or so. They sound incredible though. I highly recommend them if you have big ears. I'll be getting the Galaxy buds because at this point, comfort is the most important thing to me.

Half an hour later I found a promo for QCY QS2 ear buds for $20 and bought them on impulse. Will give them a fair try when they arrive, and if they dont feel right Ill splurge for the Galaxy Buds. Out of curiosity... Those outdoor shots. Are you riding an EUC? There's something about the movement and speed that made it look that way, despite not seeing below your face. I just got mine today from the S10 offer. I was pretty excited to test them out. However, they just don't set in far enough. They sound ok. I guess I might be a little spoilt and Biased because I have custom molded In Ear monitors that are far more comfortable (obviously) than any other "in ear" type of headphone. Plus the sound quality is much more immersive and deep. I don't really for see myself taking calls on these. I would say PASS if you are looking to buy them. I got them with the phone so that was nice. And I know every one wants wireless but, wired is still the best option.

The galaxy buds aren't that great, sound is average, what I hate the most about them is sometimes I'll pause a video or music or whatever I'm listening to, unpause a few seconds later and their won't be any sound at all or really bad sound lag. And I'm using a galaxy s8, 2 samsung devices that are meant for each other should have no issues. The battery life is really good. I usually get around 6 hours, plus the case. What killed the galaxy buds for me though is recently the left earbud won't connect to my phone at all, I've re paired them, troubleshooting them everything and they won't work, when I finally did get them to work randomly, the right one wouldn't pair. I sent them back and waiting for a new pair. In the mean time I'll use one of the these cheaper alternatives

Samsung released an update for galaxy buds a week ago that has bricked many headphones (mine included). Plenty of discussion on Samsung support forums [ us.community.samsung.com/t5/Gear-and-Gear-Fit/Galaxy-Buds-only-one-side-works-at-a-time-after-update/td-p/509605 ]. Its a been a week since the update and no fix in sight - Samsung have sent me a satchel to return the buds, however a replacement will take at least a month due to supply constraints. Guess I'll be getting some airpods...

I had the soundsports (wireless but not truly wireless) and sold them after getting the galaxy buds. The volume wouldn't get as loud as I liked and the buds provide more convenience. Jlabs are a good buy for their price

@@swetaghosh6599 Yes, they are the best in regards to the fit. Battery life lasts as they claim. It gave me 5 hrs 41 mins. Sound is decent as I felt. USB type c, bluetooth 5.0, akg sound, great controls, ambient sound. But, 10k for wireless buds is still a big NO. Go for jlabs buds air at $49.00(was available for $30 last black friday) if you have someone coming from the US. They sound just great. Nothing can beat them to cost to output ratio. Still I don't recommend galaxy buds for the price. 10k for simply wireless buds a no way. I got them with my friend's s10 purchase for 4999.

nice view points in the video. time for that manicure to get your nails set up right and then from there you can keep them nicer looking. be heavy on the lotion a few times per day and pro tip a little before bed each night (ask your GF for a makeup brush) and "paint" the nail, front of your finger/toe nail area where its dry as well as the cuticle with some baby or other type of oil or Vaseline and that will help keep them from getting so dry and gnarly.

Galaxy buds all the way. As another person stated, you don't touch on the Ambient audio since you said you did it in a previous video. You also say in your personal use its nothing impressive. To me it the ambient audio feature works really good. I use them at work all the time with this feature and no longer have to remove the ear buds to listen to someone talk. I can hear them just fine with this feature.

No argument, but I have two phone's and my wife's . For the cost of both the Soundpeats and I'm sure the the T2's you have two sets of earbuds for less half the cost the Galaxy's. And yes the Galaxy's are a better product and better supported and easier to pair. And it's not that the Soundspeats sound bad. Just not as good.

Good to know, but can get them from Amazon in two days, if there's a problem, print the RMA shipping label, place them on my post box, 2 days later I have another pair, and the price is $6-7 more. But really nice to know in the future. And this holds true when the have them on sale, which is like every other week, if not then I would go the route in the future.

Just got both the soundpeats and the Mi airdots. Sound and comfort of the soundpeats are better. The soundpeats also stick in your ear more snug and flush.

the buds delay sound terribly for the first 5 minutes or so in pubg, but after thar the delay is quite unnoticeable, still there but you wont notice it if you dont really want to, also the sound direction is quite impressive .

75 feet is pretty far for bluetooth connection.

The range on them is pretty bad, but why are you leaving your phone around? Shouldn't you keep it near you at all times? The short range has a benefit. You won't forget your device in your car, or if someone stole your device you'd find out pretty quick. Haha
