Can you make a video on how to reattach the case lid to the axles? Cuz I accidentally dropped them and the lid popped off and i dont know how to get it back on.

just follow the steps up until the screws are removed and you have popped the inner plastic frame out - is fiddly but simple once its open - then just put it all back together and it holds back in place once you have secured the pins back inside their slots (one is a tube, do that one last)

My whole case stopped working after it was exposed to a large amount of water for about ten seconds and now I'm unsure what to do, I've popped it open but it just won't work

My case got saltwater in it and it is fried, board has extensive corrosion and she's just fucked. I can't for the life of me get the bottom housing out that has the battery inside though - you make it look easy as fuck with the pick.

My case has no response help me no charge no led no connection once the headphones die there gonna be dead unless I fix this Damn case I opened it up and there was white shit on the circuit board I cleaned it with iso alcohol and put it together plugged it in and the Led turned on for 1 second and turned off nothing since:((( the battery doesn't look exploded :(

Me too bro. My case even starts to rapidly heat up instead of changing. Looks like a faulty chip. Or maybe battery.

I have a galaxy buds pro case and they will only charge the left earbud. No corrosion like you guys are talking about.

that happened to me. it was retracted into itself, I looked closer and saw that it was bent out of place so I squeezed it with tweezers and it popped back out and it works.
