Looks like it is required on the (+ve) side to prevent shorting of components..

I've seen that the batteries cost almost as much as new Buds Live headphones right now. If you then add replacement batteries for the charger, you can buy a completely new Buds model. Welcome to the world of planned obsolescence. That's why it's better to buy the new Fairphone headphones with replaceable batteries instead of supporting Samsung with their trash.

I disassemble mine to clean it and after fitting up they are not working the don't pair again or even click when touch them

Try rotating battery to change position...some portions of the battery have insulating sticker.
