This is the exact same review I would have given if anyone asked me about this earphones. 100% genuine. But if you own a samsung phone these sound even better. Under 10k it's just phenomenal deal. Also I use 3rd party equalizer app and the bass can be tweaked to theater like experience just disappointed it wasn't tuned from factory to have good pumping bass as it is 100% capable to produce rumbling bass after custom equalizer

Bluetooth has to be on in the phone or laptop. I always keep bluetooth On in phone. Never turn off. I mean why to turn off. These days phones are fine like that.

He should use right ear tips. And check in the app for fit test. Agar ye earbuds kaan se gir gaya to aur koi bhi earbuds market me nahi hai aisa jo fit rahe achhe se.. Dusra Pixel Buds 2 hai. Wo hi isse better fit hota hai.

Same problem. Even I'm using s23. I recommend you to go for samusng buds 2 pro because it will maintain an ecosystem and few features are exclusive to samsung phones so for more features and ecosystem go for samsung. But if you like one plus you can go for it too.. but 1 or 2 features are not available as all features are available for only 1 plus phones. Depends on what you like and prefer.

Lekin samne wale ko agar background mein thoda sa v sound aa raha ho to v usko pata chal raha hai.
