I bought this band for my mother in the first week of it's launch and here are some of the observations: 1. Many users faced steps reset issues i.e. band records steps but when it syncs with Samsung's app the steps reduce to the number of steps which are recorded in the phone. Solution: Reset the band. 2. When my mother does some chores like washing utensils, putting clothes in the washing machine, etc, it records massive steps like it records 200-300 ghost steps. 3. UI is super smooth, and overall built quality is excellent. 4. Battery backup is definitely not 13 days and she is getting 6-7 days of backup with heart rate monitor at 10 min intervals, AOD off, sleep tracking on, and snore detection off with around 2500 steps a day on average. Just a correction, in this video it is mentioned that SOS features works with Samsung phones only that is not true, I tried sending an SoS message by clicking the power button 5 times and it sends the location to the emergency contacts (obviously the band has to be connected with your phone via Bluetooth). I haven't tried fall detection and I think that feature is exclusive to Samsung phones only. Conclusion: Buy this if you want a small screen fitness band with good built quality in th world where fake fitness bands are masquerading as smart watches. Just don't make this your primary fitness device like Rakesh bhaiya said better to go with Galaxy Smart watches.

@kj3105 no such feature is present in this band and I would rather suggest you to buy Fitbit Charge 6 or Galaxy Watch 6 because their sensors are pretty accurate. This band can alert you when your heart rate reaches a certain number but then you have to manually send an SoS single to your emergency contacts by pressing the home button several times.

I thought the same when i recieved my mi band 3 , whenever i lost in my house(specific room in which it was kept last) it vibrates so much that anyone can guess from here the sound is coming and it is heplful using it currently
