When someone calls you, how do you answer with the speakerphone? The video shows how to turn it on when you dial out. But I don't see an option for when you receive a call. Only swipe to accept & swipe to reject. I miss my old iPhone 4S but my area is eliminating 3G service. I should have bought a flip phone since I can't afford a new iPhone. Android is a terrible OS. IOS > Flip Phones > Child's Walkie-Talkie > Android

To answer call you must swipe the entire width from the arrow all the way to the left.

@Bill j Yeah. You're right. Cool Water said exactly the opposite of what the video stated. I'm here because I got my first smart phone a month ago and have been swiping to beat Johnny B Good. Answered one call, by accident. Always had to go to voicemail. Now I'm finding out, 30 days later, I have to swipe across the green button. Maybe Cool Water made that post intentionally to be a low grade comedian who really is nothing but a troublemaker. That they never responded to you makes one think they are sitting in their irrelevant background just a snickering away, to themselves. Yeah, plural. More than one entity living in a body who would do such a thing as that.

That's a great question, Betty! When you're on a call, you should be able to view the screen and see an icon that looks like a dialpad. Tap that, and you'll have access to your dialpad. The reason I was asking that was, when I was speaking to my insurance company the computer asked me to type file number which has got numbers and letters. So I was able to type numbers but not the letters. Is there any option for that?
