Have to say it (because I grow tired of seeing "he's no average consumer"), yes UrAvgConsumer is still the same, doing the same type reviews on tech content as the early days which I appreciate his unique views on things that matter to me, and appears many other folks. Just because he is making money at this, he is suppose to, it's his business, and clearly he is doing a quality job because he is successful. This is no different from any other business, or any television show back in the day that discussed tech or cars like "Autoweek", they make their content relevant to "most people". We all want him to do great and succeed so he continues and has the purchasing power to review more products. Hey, I for one can't afford a lot but when I save up to buy something nice in the way of tech, I prefer to see what this channel has to say before I spend my hard earned cash.

Just give credit where credit is due. It is still pretty gimmicky, but in a situation where you can't fit everything in one picture, without having to step back or use a wide angle camera, which end up making the subject matter become smaller, then AR doodle become useful.

I'm in that group. i embrace the transition from my beautiful lock screen to the home screen. i got a little annoyed by the quick jump or you said _fast_ like other phones you mentioned. besides they just unlocking your screen. it doesn't really matter how fast it is (especially when just 0.5 second difference). the security is the main point. at least imo

Excellent video! oh! thanks for showing the part about the pen doing swipe motions with the pen and using the camera! I didn't know about that. I had watched another video where a girl was holding something and it looked like she was doing ariel views with the phone but holding something in her hand that wasn't the phone! Thanks for this day in the life of a Note 10+. My Note 4 is about ready to be retire. It has worked hard for me for a long time (since Valentine's day 2015, so close to 5 years). I am excited to try out the Note 10+. I hope I like it at least as much as I loved Note 4 when I first got my hands on it. We shall see!

Day one of real use for me with 10+, 14 hours on battery, 9.5hrs screen time, "optimized" power mode and "adaptive optimization" turned on, 3040x1440 resolution. Still have 22% left on battery.

@@David-nd4to My Note 8 after two years was like 95% of original. I never understood why people complained about its battery life. Guess I just get lucky with the battery lottery? I also don't watch movies, play games or use social media outside of reddit. Mostly web surfing. When I am at work for 8-10 hours my device sees less than 1 hour screen time because I am working. So use probably has a lot to do with it.
