Since day one, the Galaxy Note has always been about the size. Competitors mocked it at first, but as the Joker would say - (you changed things). This is the phone responsible for making every other device go big or go home, so it only makes the strategy for 2019 all the more baffling. Today we have a Note10 and a Note10+, and for those of you wondering why you'd ever want to consider a smaller Galaxy Note, it's time for us to compare. I got the regular Note 10. I had the Note 9 with 512gb. After one year of usage I had only used up 90gb. I had it on 1080p virtually the whole time I had it to increase battery life. The only thing that always bothered me about the Note was its size. I use the s-pen a lot with the camera and for general note taking and writing on screen shots. Yeah I could have spent $150 more for the differences but in reality the differences are all but meaningless to me (resolution, storage capacity, size, etc) I'm just glad I finally have an s-pen phone in a much more manageable size!

Got the Note 10+ and absolutely love it. I've had every Note since the Note 2 and let me tell you this thing is a beast! Full disclosure: I also mocked people who had the Note 1 before I got the 2. Go with the full Note 10+ experience. The Note 10 reminds me too much of the Note 5.

I had the S7 edge (wish it didnt have the purple line and used up battery) now I have the note10 plus its not much bigger, but it has more screen overall. I am getting used to the 10plus and I am happy with it. A good replacement for the s7 edge. Skip the note 10 and get the plus👌 good specs for the next couple of years.

Watching on Note 10+ and commenting on Note 10. While the bigger screen and quad HD are nice, the feel and seemingly better ram management on the smaller variant make both an equally incredible experience. Trying to decide on which one to return is a lot tougher than expected.

I got the Note10 due to size; the Note9 was pushing the limit of size for me and it's a welcome change of pace. My wife got the Note10+ 5G also due to size(and since Verizon tacked an extra $100 to the regular + model there wasn't much price difference).

The smaller Note 10 has horrible battery life. The Note 10+ gets 8-9hrs screen on time and the Note 10 gets 4-5hrs. Keep that in mind and search for yourself. I owned the Note 10+ and ended up not liking the huge size but the battery life was insane.

I bought Note 10 here in Korea. We have same 5g variant and same 12gb ram only difference was screen size and screen resolution and i prefered smaller one. But when i have to select one of them outside, i'll choose plus model ^_^

I have the Note10+ and I am very happy with it! Yes, the ergonomics suck at times but the larger display and better battery, faster charging won me over. Plus, the Note 10+ is simply a gorgeous device!

Watching this on my Note 10 Plus Aura Glow & it's the best cellphone I've ever had. I traded in my Note 8 & never looked back. I love the stereo speakers, the 6.8 Infinity display, larger battery & ofcourse using the S-Pen as the camera shutter button. I kept my Note 8 for 2 years & I plan on doing the same with my Note 10 Plus, if not more. I just wish Samsung would've brought back the IR Blaster. I loved using it as a remote for my TV. In a minute, it's gonna be like ... what else do u need in a cellphone. With 256 GB's & a SD card slot, I have more storage than some computer's. On my Note 8 I only had 64 GB's, but on my Note 10 Plus I get to while out with 256 GB's. Also with 12 gigs of RAM, u can't get that on any iPhone.

I actually like Bixby and found the Bixby key convenient for not needing to speak the wake command & also a having physical button for walkie-talkie- like dictation for text. I'm leaving the side key as default, though I may change the double press function later.

I look at it this way, I don't like Note 10+ size and I don't want any of the "extra" features since they are useless to me. Now I was worried that I might miss out on ToF but even that seems to be some gimmick. Battery is near identical, and most if not all will not be able to tell the difference between 1080p or 1440p. So in the end I would rather have device that I can use with one hand, and keep $150 bucks. And on a side note, I only paid $350 for Note for free case, wireless charger, and car charger. I think it's a killer deal.

I bought the plus and it's so worth the extra .... I'm a power user ... I play games competitively I also use DeX as my computer away from home so I get alot of work done from my living room ... the battery is definitely helpful but i still find myself changing at least one time halfway threw the day seeing how I'm awake from 5am to 11:30pm everyday....

The note 10 + battery life for me has been AWESOME!!! I've hit 7hrs screen on time several time in my week or so with while being off the charger 17hrs plus. If the smaller version had a 3800-4000mh battery, then it would've made my decision alot harder.

Were the pics at 5:30 supposed to show a shirt messed up and a boob saying hi? I picked the Note 10 but kinda wish I went with the plus version. I get nervous when I go to work and forget my charger. I end on like 30% and that's pretty bad for 8 hrs shift of KZbin, texting and games. When I had the iphone XR I finished at like 60% and on days where I did doubles, I went home with 25% ish. I would actually love it if they just made it the size of the regular Note 10 and put all of the benefits of the + model into that one and sell it as is. It's the perfect size, but then again, not too much smaller than the + model. I still think Note 10's size is more perfect however because it is still a large screen (comparable to iPhone XS Max) and yet not as wide and is still manageable for both small and large hands. Since the Note 10+ is actually a few dollars cheaper than the phone I traded in for it...I still put in an order for the 10+. I don't know how it'll fair with me but I plan on keeping it regardless. My last large phone was the 6s Plus and I was fine with that, so this should be fine as well considering the Note is just as wide as that phone but only slightly taller.

For me it's definitely the Note 10 Plus. The only reason I've chosen this over the Note 10 was because of the screen size. Just the size would have been enough to pay the extra 150 ( in my case Euros ). The 12 gb of RAM and TOF sensor are nice to have but that's it. And of course I appreciate the expandable storage and the bigger battery 😁

Keep in mind that this review is totally wrong. This is actually the first pocketnow video that I haven't agreed with. The Note 10 does not have anywhere near the battery life of the Note 10+. I get 9hrs screen on time with the Note 10+ and everyone I know and have spoken with on Reddit gets 4-5 on the smaller Note 10. Actually search for yourself and people are returning the Note 10 for the Note 10+ or just returning because the battery life is horrible.

It's like beating a dead horse at this point - 'flagship' phones are getting expensive and there's no reversing that trend. But yes, completely agree - the smaller Note 10 should be way cheaper considering the choices made by Samsung. Discounts and deals on the lines of the S line to follow soon maybe?

I got the note 10 from the s9 plus, which I had set at 1440p, and let me just say, the screen resolution is no big deal at all. That drew me away at first but I ended up getting it and the only difference I notice is the note 10s better color reproduction. And plus, 1080 save battery anyways. The 12 gb of ram may be beneficial down the road, but 8 seems like it'll be plenty for the next 2 or so years just like 6 was just fine in my s9. At the same screen size as the note 9 in a smaller body, there are benefits to the smaller note 10 and I feel like too many people are putting it off. Go into a store, if you like the smaller one and think it looks cool, don't let the on paper spec difference draw you away

There was not much of a difference from my note 9 and I felt like I was buying the same phone I already had but different look and higher price! So I took the phone back and returned to my precious note9!! I feel it's okay if ur upgrading from a note8 or older!
