I wanted the note 10+, but T-mobile doesn't have them in the shop on their app for some reason anymore. Also, when I compared the prices on the Samsung app, the pre-order price was cheaper for the Note 20 than the Note 10+ with trade in. Wasn't able to get either phone at the moment, so still comparing for now.

Always change my Note every year, but I may say The Note 10+ is the best design Note for me the whole screen front, the color, the speakers are great sound very loud and good, is so powerful 12gb Ram 256gb Rom, cameras and verdeo still great, don't have problem with the battery life! All this still good choice even comparable with the new Note 20 Ultra!

I like the Note 20 Ultra. I actually like the camera bump too. The design is amazing. I want to protect it, but I almost don't want to have the case on. I don't like that rainbow coloured Note 10+. I'm sorry. I was going to get a black Note 10+, but the Note 20 ultra is better. I'm not sure why they moved away from the TOF sensor. The laser auto focus is great. The UWB chip is awesome with Google nearby and for productivity you can't beat the 20, 10 or 9! I'm not here to argue with any Note owner. I love em' all and have had the pleasure of owning the 3, 5, 8, 9 and now the 20!

The s-pen is exclusive so you always pay a premium. If you feel it's a novelty, then you should probably be looking at other phones anyway. Regarding the battery/screen: a) it's adaptive, and b) you can set it to 60Hz, just like your N10+. Also, not sure this would be a worthy upgrade for you.

Just upgraded from note 10+ to Note 20 ultra 5G, honestly it's only slightly better . Camera takes slightly better shots. The phone feels more premium and the 120hz screen is a nice touch. It's not much different than the note 10+

Im still pretty happy with my Note 10 Plus and I won't be upgrading because there's very little improvement on the Note 20 Ultra. Also, Samsung will be extending software and security updates so maybe I'll upgrade in the next 2-3 years or so.

@@halcyondaystunes note was always power user device up till note 7. After that it became second place galaxy. Samsung now is placing fold as king and note is no longer favorite child. Its so sad to see such great line of phones get marginalized. Later notes became nothing more than galaxy with s-pen. Note 20 ultra is only better than s20 ultra because few tweaks. I've heard samsung is doing away with snap dragon processors and that s-pen will no longer be note exclusive. I never appreciated note before 8 and 9. Now I have 9 and 10+ and note 9 last real note. I wish I had been on train since beginning as im only seeing this pbones greatness while on its last leg. This is what happens when you take a product and try make it mainstream. Note shouldve always remained that niche productivity phone. Note 10 and 20 and all future notes are a shell of once great line. Samsung like Sony takes greatness and destroys it. Sony ps3 60 gb was best version just like first psp and ps vita then Sony revamps and removes features. Just like samsung removes headphones jack, led notifications, heart rate monitor, finger unlock, iris scanner. Now samsung removes cheap accessories like headphones, s-pen tips then charger like Apple but price of phone goes up. We consumers accept this like sheep we are.

I wouldn't advice anyone to switch from Note 10+ to Note 20 ultra. Note 10+ is still a beast though I use S10+ as my daily driver.

Note 20 Ultra may have 120hz refresh rate but it only runs in 1080p and the phone does support super quick charging it comes with a 55 watt charger in the box. Both use the air jester S-pen features. The only thing that has my attention over my Note 10+ is that the S-pen is on the left considering I'm a lefty. Also the Note 10+ supports 5G, just not full 5G. AT&T 5G Evolution is actually better since I can actually use since you don't have to be almost under a full 5G antenna to use, which here between the Providence, RI and Boston, MA area we have. I live in a town with only 18,000 people and we have 5G Evolution. But in the end I'm sticking with my Note 10+. I'll get the 20 Ultra for my Wife, since AT&T is doing a $1000 rebate on trade-ins with the S9+.

You can also have wireless DEX on the Note 10+ . I have it and works OK. But I should note that it still is considerable faster with the DEX Station.

Really interesting seeing those endurance numbers. I was hoping the newer processor and slightly larger battery would really help. This is my first high refresh rate phone and I currently still own my Note 9 and 10 Plus... The higher fluidity is very nice, however I'm almost tempted to put it back in QHD and see if the stamina is comparable to what I was getting on my 10 Plus. Thanks for the comparison. Cheers 🍻

Ummm he says the note 10+ needs a cord to transfer to the TV, which isn't true. I have the Note 10+ 5G and I have that on my phone as a feature with no cable needed %100 wireless! I also have those gestures in my pen that he said it didn't have. So far only difference is the lil upgrade on the processor and refresh rate, now let me finish the video and see what the last bit is about the camera.

The lower latency of the s-pen isn't taken advantage of in any painting or drawing apps, unfortunately, so it's not relevant to artists. The only app I've found that takes advantage of it, is Samsung Notes, so you can see it on lock screen notes, and in that one app.

I own the note 20 ultra, people need to stop saying it's 120hz it's not. There's a big noticeable différence in the sharpness of the image when you go from fhd+ to WQHD+. I can't use it at fhd+ for 120hz when the image is noticeably worse. Also the s pen latency improvement only works when you have 120hz enabled. If you're like me and like the max quality then 120hz and s pen upgrade is useless. Overall this phone feels like it was half backed. The battery is not just worse btw, it's absolute garbage. Even with putting 45 apps in deep sleep ( why do I have to do this on a flagship 1300 phone, ridiculous) I'm lucky to get 6 hours SOT from 100-0 as a heavy power user. It's just a goofy phone, why make it so thin and awkward when it looks and feels better when the back and camera module are the same height. They should have included 6000-7000mah battery made it thicker so camera module is flat, and fixed the other be with this phone. I still love this phone but it's unacceptable the shortcomings for 1300, if you're gonna buy this the max you should pay is $1000.l and only the SD model, exynos is a no go

I think I'm just going to stick with my 10+ til next year. There just isn't much improvement in the 20. I'm one of the few people who doesn't really care how sleek or slim the phone is. I wish there was an optional thicker phone that had a 10,000 or 12,000 mah battery. I don't care about how it "looks". It's not a fashion peice for me. I use it all day. Samsung has announced that the new Note 21 will not be releasing later this year but probably next year. I'll wait for it. And there is no reason for big phones nowadays to not have at least 1 TB of storage.

144 I'm right handed, and I found the power/volume buttons to be 100% cool on the left hand side. I hold my phone in my left hand. Talk, text, scroll with my right hand. When I'm done talking, just press the power button on the left to end my call. Obviously, in times past, Galaxys always been on the right. If I get a Ultra, I will miss the power button on the left.

i live in a country that uses exynos. can never be in official store with snapdragon. I told you not to be given a choice between Snapdragon or Exynos, but they never heard of it. I feel that using Exynos is hot and the battery is wasteful. and surprisingly it always sells well, even though there are already many problems with Exynos. My current Note10Plus will become the backup to my Note20Ultra come Friday August 21st. My old Note9 will be turned in for the Note20Ultra I'm getting 500$ for my 2yr old Note9 great deal.

I liked your review... but you are inaccurate to say thay note 10 plus cant use wireless dex. Its been more than a year since it has that ability.
