+i Mafaa The replacement part including the frame would be our recommendation. These are model specific, ensure you select the correct model for your device. Ideally either model would work for you but the simpler repair would be the unit that includes the frame assembly.

Help! I got my note 3 apart. Clear glass came off, then a sticky tinted plastic but now I have a flat mirror looking surface. It doesn't look like the pic on the video where you are cleaning off the old adhesive. Yours has a couple square shapes on it. Help! Do I need to pry this shiny piece up too. I am so close.

I recently dropped my note 3 into a sous vide bath at 143 f the went to the bottom of a 5 gal bucket and took roughly 6 seconds to get out. The phone still turns on i can access files the screen worked for a time until it did not. Now when i turn the phone on The light works and a small sliver at the top of the screen works. What should i do? The phone appears to be powering up normally with the exception of the mosly blank screen.

Depending on the extent of the water damage I could possibly be just your display. However if you aren’t familiar with repairing small surface mount components it’s usually a job best left to a qualified repair shop.

replaced the screen, it boots up fine with but its frozen on the samsung galaxy note 3 logo... after boot up i can feel the hepatic feedback from the screen presses too but its stuck on that logo screen so i cant do anything. any ideas?

+TheGreenMachine Definitely check your flex cables but this sounds like it could be software related. At times the screen can be the issue but since it seems to power on but not fully boot, it may be software related. You can try searching hard reset options by suing the soft keys to see if this helps.

Replacing the display assembly shouldn't cause any data loss.

this didn't work out too well for me. i followed the instructions completely. the digitizer WAS fine before i started. once i got the screen off, the digitizer was trashed all the way around. now, i have to spend another $200 to replace that. i'm not happy.

Thanks to you my LCD broke and it wasn't damage it was just the glass and when pulled the glass up then everything that was part of the LCD ripped of and it cracked and for a new LCD it like 100$ and I don't have that much so you better get me an LCD that is cheap and send me the link
