cant restet my (used) galaxy note 5 only allows me to reset it with the 3 buttons and not with the screen obtions once is done it ask me again for the account that it was before

Yes it does but the thing is I got from my friend and he doesn't remember that email he had before. Now Im trying to fix it for my self. I put my email but it doesn't respond it keeps asking me for my friend email
