All you have to do is take a heat gun or a blow dryer, go around the screen corners all around the phone. The Lcd glass should pop off with a guitar pick and just stick the new one on P.s make sure your new one comes with adhesive on the back of the glass.

Mine has an annoying ghost touch glitch, touches registering without me even touching the screen. It's making my phone almost unusable. Do I need to open it up to fix this? I tried restarting, restoring to factory default, pretty much everything that doesn't require disassembling it, and made sure it's up to date too.

For some reason, when removing the back of my phone some screws can come lose and some screws just stay put and can't be unscrewed. This is very frustrating, any help?
