waiting for this exact phone to come in, had to special order that colour from my provider. It might sound silly but I am literally so excited for that Bixby button to be gone!! I am upgrading from the galaxy S9, and while I've never used Bixby, I hate it strictly because of the amount of times I have accidentally opened it by pressing that button and interrupted what I was doing with that Bixby voice. I have a disdain for it based on that

Hi there! Great review! I was thinking of getting a used samsung s20 plus 5g! I was wondering what your thoughts are after using this for many months! Appreciate any feedback bro.

I've been using it for a year now! :) I would say only get the S20 series if you really want QHD + resolution. If you can find it for a good price and can get the snapdragon version (In the US for example) then go for it. However, if you're in a region where you get the excenos, it is well worth going for the S21 series as the new chip has significantly lower power consumption, along with an adaptive refresh rate. I'll have my S21 plus review up some time this weekend ;)

I'm SO sorry! I have a bad habit of accidentally pressing remove when replying to comments! It honestly depends on which size you would like~ The normal S20 is very compact and narrow so is ideal for small hands. The plus model is a good size to me because I have large hands. I wouldn't go for the ultra because it has focusing issues with the camera. In my opinion, only the S20, and S20 plus are worth looking at ;) Both have 120hz amoled displays ;)

Meridian Apurture thanks again! I had a similar opinion. I wanted to go either with s20 or s20+. I have not looked a lot on the Note models do you have an opinion on that which we could compare with s20 or s20+?

With the Note 20 ultra, that is really the option against the S20 ultra. I would say go for the note 20 ultra between it and the S20 ultra. If you don't want the spen, and the speed and spec bump, the s20 and s20 plus are still excellent, and flagships.

I got this phone yesterday its awesome wasnt sure at first but it is ive found its far better set to natural i had it on vivid first but all pics look a bit low res on natural its the beat resolution ive ever seen

@@meridianapurture8494 at first vivid looks better the brighter colours look way better but when i was looking at pics i wasnt happy with them at all when zoomed in it blurred and no fine detail then i tried natural its stunning detail honest and if u then view the pics through google pics app go to edit add a bit of colour pop which gives even more detail and finally adjust the light slider the pics are the best ive ever seen after u do that try it honest

I imported the Snapdragon version from Hong Kong... I refuse to be conned by Samsung and their underpowered crappy Exynos chips anymore... Must make a stance... No Snapdragon... No Samsung.

S21 series is out now, and so far in my tests compared to the snapdragon, both the excenos and snapdragon are pretty much the same. Sometimes, the excenos is actually faster.

I'm sorry, accidentally removed your reply. I was going to say that the only real downgrade is the display resolution. However, I don't really think it matters much as using 120hz was limited to full HD plus anyway. I do miss the curve on the display though haha

It is SIGNIFICANFLY better. With my S20 plus, after a day of very light use, I'd finish with about 30%. Pretty bad. The S21 plus is SO much better. With the same light usage, and using 120 hz, I usually finish the day with between 65% and 70%. Standby is also fantastic.
