@@peteT269 There is, I have the s20 and here is what you have to do to see it - Download battery temp monitor, run a game/app and get the phone to 40 degrees which it does in like 20 mins of gameplay/video call/hyperlapse camera and if you had 120 hz on it will switch back to 60 because it overheated

Iam watching this on a regular S20 and I can only say great phone. Display is amazing, camera makes great photos and the phone is really quick. Battery life is normal but for such a screen probably great.

Finally an official review for the S20! Thanks! By the way I know that the price is too much but I think it is somewhat okay. Iphones here in my country are very expensive too. The IPhone 11 was introduced with a $700 price-tag, but here it costs $900 (64GB). The Iphone 11 Pro and Pro Max are more expensive, like $1,200+ and $1400+. The S20 costs $1000 here. S20+ is $1100 and the Ultra costs $1,400. In my opinion, the S20 is a great phone but you just have to pay that price. I was a bit disappointed about the battery life but when you think about it, having the BEST display on a phone is really cool and nice. Just buy it if you really want or need it. Phones nowadays are not just for communication anymore. They have evolved to be your mini computer that you can use to entertain yourself mostly in a day and a great camera. Therefore it is an investment and not a waste of money unless you don't know how to utilize everything that it has to offer.

Note that Samsung phones are really picky when it comes to headphone jack adapters. You pretty much are required to buy only the Official Samsung one because any other brand USB-C to Headphone adapter won't work.

All the new S series look underwhelming so far, unfortunately. S10 looks better value at the reduced prices. Incremental upgrades and still going global with Exynos doesn't sound worth the price still.

S10 is still a great phone. Only down sides (for me), is camera isn't always accurate and it feels less comfortable in hand after holding it for a while.

Why you are not using 60fps in 2020? If your main camera doesn't support 4K@60fps, then use the phone, which you just reviewed. It can record 4K@60fps.

I don't understand the complaints against the battery, the s20 lasts me all day and more with average use. Unless your face is glued to your phone for 12 hours straight then yeah its a problem

I've got 6 hours sot currently at 17 percent battery remaining. Thats with 120hz on the whole time. A good amount of gaming(fortnite, world of warships etc.) Lots of videos on KZbin and a few shows, and a bit of music. No complaints from me at all.

You should clarify which version you are using before you talk about thermal throttling. The exynos is kinda bad (tad bit), the Snapdragon not so.

Today I charged the phone at 9.30 and at 18:00 it is empty but with heavy apps like Binance exchange running at least 5 hours outside on the sun with max brightness and 120 hz. Not that bad. After 12 days the phone has addapted and battery life is better than in the beginning.

Note that the S20 exynos 990 version heats up a lot more than the snapdragon 865 model (see mrwhosethebosses video for that) the snapdragon 865 model is almost better in every way.
