When you talk about compromise but don't talk about the short-comings of the Snapdragon chipset in terms of its limitation in the camera department, it paints a very different picture than what everyone should know. For the last 3-5 generations, the Exynos chip had to be restricted to certain resolution and fps in its camera because the Qualcomm chip couldn't do it. Right now 8k is limited to 24 fps and not 30 fps because the SD chip can't do 8k 30fps but the Exynos chip can. There are even more examples like this with the SD 855, 845, 835, 820, etc.

Great review hopefully Samsung adds the 120hz QHD option via an update as although Samsung is trying to save on battery life I think that option should still be up to the user.

The reason for which I will skip s20 series is its heating issues (exynos). I have tried the phones at couple of stores, they were definitely having sharp heating in the upper half of phone even when doing basic tasks like recording video, playing YT video etc. I dont know why are not many reviewers mentioning that.

Honestly speaking, the exynos variant selling for that much in India feels like a scam. Galaxy Note 9 will be my last exynos phone unless they improve considerably. Or else moving to OnePlus for sure.

I have had my Xs max since launch and it’s still crazy fast and smooth and the camera is great. I can’t say anything about the s10 but it’s also a great phone. Just depends if u prefer iPhone or android.
