The S23 is a Masterphone i get 7hrs SOT even a little more with draining from 85% (Battery charging protection on) to 15% that's crazy for such a small phone so in the end, it's a small handy pocket friendly beast! 👊👊

Can't believe you're getting that much . I can only get about 4 to 4.5hrs even with every possible thing i have done. Do you use 120hz refresh rate?

I don't like SD card (with 256GB is enough and fast 💨), neither headphone jack (Bluetooth 👌). My ideal phone should not have pinhole, not have sim card slot and only charge via wireless charging. I don't mind a fingerprint scanner in the power button, but the fingerprint on the screen it's not bad at all (not face ID, better fingerprints).

As much as I want to give Samsung a chance. I've used the s9 and s20 both phones had absolutely horrible battery life no matter what I did. I could never get over 4hrs of SOT I don't play games on my phone. Just the normal, web browsing, KZbin, social media, and TEXT. I really like the small one-handed form factor.

0:57 - Being 0.06 inches thinner than the Zenfone 9 doesn't mean much, more important in favor of the Zenfone 9 is that it's narrower than the S23. (not that the Z9 is better than the S23, just kinda weird that being slightly thinner would matter when most people toss it in a case that nullifies that)

Sd cards will only make the phone slower in reading and saving files into it. Besides, sd cards may fail any time.

@@edmundb9025 I have had many phones with SD cards in my family and we never had any SD card die on us. Even if it did, I do back up all the images/videos created. With a large SD card, I could even have my MP3 collection with me while on the flight and 4+ years of images/videos. So in 2023 I downgraded my storage from 512GB (Samsung S8!) to 256GB. Regular S23 with 512GB storage is not available in Europe.
