Reminder that some Qi2 compatible devices don't even have magnets in them, one prime example would be Samsung's own Galaxy ring. Unless samsung somehow got around to making the spen compatible with magnets on the back of the phone, i highly doubt that it'll have magsafe capabilities

My pitaka case has magsafe compatibility, and when it's on my phone, i have no problems with the spen (since the phone part doesn't have to be a magnet, it can also be metal only)

Qi2 magnets are not the same as Apple Magsafe, Qi2 omits the single vertically aligned magnet below the circular array which locks accessories like wallets and charges into a specific orientation. Qi2 ONLY has the circular array of magnets, meaning accessories will spin freely without resistance (other than friction).

Based on the track records, Samsung has been using the same sensor since 1/2.55 inch (12MP) model from Galaxy S7 until Galaxy S10 (4 years). While 1/1.33 inch (108MP) sensor they are using from Galaxy S20 Ultra until Galaxy S22 Ultra (3 years). So Samsung expected to using the same 1/1.3 inch (200MP) sensor from Galaxy S23 Ultra until Galaxy S25 or S26 Ultra.

Most of the Chinese phones has low build quality. Then Red magic doesn’t use a flagship camera setup. Looks at the Chinese flagship phones lineup such as Vivo X200 & OPPO Find X8 series. They cutting costs by using a Mediatek Dimensity 9400 chipset not only normal variant but pro variants too. Only upcoming Vivo X200 Ultra & OPPO Find X8 Ultra will using Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.

I like Samsung a lot! However, the phone division is in big trouble as well as the main company. They are dropping DEX TO Windows compatibility, they are dropping RCS certification with Verizon and some are speculating they are going to do the same with AT&T and every other carrier as well. If they keep up this trend, Samsung will become known as the company that drops flagship features.

Yes, but no. Adding a magsafe case would usually screw with the display's ability to detect the S-Pen. So if Samsung added this functionality natively, that means that they were able to address the issue with the magnets screwing with the S-Pen. Which if good news.

Let me say this I’m typing from my IPhone 14 Pro Max . I jumped because I had major issues with Google Pay and my payment profile getting locked so I couldn’t buy apps or even get free apps. ( support couldn’t do shit fixed it later by myself) but I had already gotten enough and jumped ship. Now I’m just so reliant on MagSafe. From power banks. But mostly my gaming/Workspace the charging stand. Also my nightstand table with the clock mode. It may not seem like a big deal but it has drastically changed how I operate daily. With this I can come home to Android

If you like speed charging, buy the Chinese brand going to be better because they give a much faster charger. But your phone's temperature is going to be different compared to another brand.
