By the way...the split screen 'tab' can be removed by holding the back button. Hold it again to make it appear. It does not turn split screen iff, but helps so you don't need to see that tab hanging there.

Some carrier doesn't enable this feature on their GS5 like the Download Booster that he didn't say that it's available only on T-MOBILE.

How did you get the Mobile Data button in your notification center?

In "notifications panel" in settings hold down on that icon in "Available buttons" and drag and drop up to the "Active buttons" area.

ty for showing that a regular micro usb charger can be plugged in..wasnt sure if i was going to have to buy a new car charger..good job samsung..im so glad they didnt make it like the lightning cable on iphone because u can use any other charger..so if you had an older iphone well now you gotta buy a new car charger...and with it being a lightning im sure it was a bit more money..maybe not so much now

Getting this bad boy tomorrow. I had the choice between this, the 5c or 5s and by far every video I've watched and looking at the specs of this phone i am glad I chose the Samsung route. But I have to admit apple have the tablets and Samsung dominate the phone market. IN MY OPINION.

i had the choice of the s6 and the s6 edge and also the s5 and im glad i chose the s5. the battery lasts me 2 days even when im using it 90% of the time! i would really recommend it but its your choice!!!

after reading the info on that download booster setting...i think only those 4g variants will get that download booster and not us (G900H) ..... :'( i seriously hate new updates, specially changes in android m updates and it pisses me off that it doesn't support 4g :'(

Joey Martinez I don't have that device, Google search to see if it's supposed to be included. Remember the GS5 is Samsung's top of the line device with some exclusive features.

Here's a way to do enable Download Booster - There's an app called "Any Cut". Download it, launch the app and hit New Shortcut > Acitivity (Let it load and scroll down - you'll see a black screen at first but just keep scrolling and the list will start to appear) Scroll all the way down to "Download Booster" . Hit okay and you should be back in business! Let me know if you have any questions.
