Im sorry for telling you but the condition of your phone is very poor was cracked front display on the right corner back removal is impossible without break further and battery replacement you need for a correct full repair display battery and back cover which will totally cost you 55 for display and 4 pounds for back cover and 11 pounds for battery around 71 pounds you keep the rest camera sensors speaker sim tray microphone antennas charging port vibration motor etc.. you need to tranfer to your new display and motherboard if you want a New phone plus you need to buy glue specific for s6 edge

I don't know why you removed the first part. You didn't replace anything. You removed a battery. The one question i wanted answered couldn't be because you never replaced the battery.

you have to remove the backcover to be remove the screws or else you won´t be able to remove the LCD (screwed to the aluminium frame)
