This is a tutorial video on how to take apart and replace the LCD screen on your Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. (The entire LCD+Digitizer+Glass+Frame screen assembly)
Its the same procedure and same glass screen used for all carrier models, but the frame that holds the LCD will be different.
All Models
Samsung Galaxy S6 edge SM-G925
Available versions: SM-G9250 (China, HK), SM-G925A (AT&T), SM-G925F (Global), SM-G925FQ (Turkey), SM-G925I (LATAM, Singapore, India, Australia), SM-G925K (Korea), SM-G925L, SM-G925S (Korea), SM-G925T (T-Mobile)
I used the following tools:
1. Small Phillips head screw driver
2. Tweezer
3. Open Prying tool
4. Hair Dryer or Heat Gun

Side note, ALways use tape on broken screens or backs, otherwise you would be striking glass inside your body which can be lethal if it gets stuck in your brain.

A lot of cringing while watching. Just some tips for future videos or repairs, put tape over the glass so when you remove it the tape catches all the glass shards. You don't want to wipe it off the table like that either..

a word of advice. To open the back, start by focusing on one area on the edge. Corner area is the best to start with. Have multiple pry tools available. Plastic is best. Heat the area and pry it. Once you are able to sneak the pry, leave it there to act as an anchor. Then apply heat to the area near. It should be easier to use another pry from the anchor area and slide it to the heated area. Anchor it with the pry. And so forth. This will prevent you from causing damage to the logicboard, or damaging any peripheral internal components. You should then be able to cleanly remove either the back, or the screen, depending on which one you are working on. You can apply this principle on any phone, or tablet that applies strong adhesive and heating to airtight glue an object (like glass digitizer) to the main body.

You need to keep your hands on work in the camera more. Lots of stuff was not seen cause your hands went out of the camera view. But Thank You for the video.

Yes it is yoy need to buy the adhesive seringe and heat the crystal and slowly and carefully remove it off the lcd
