Nice work again Danny. Always look forward to your videos. That battery life is the only drawback to this his phone. I'm using a 7+ and the battery life is great on heavy usage. I'll wait for the iPhone 8 before I decide on my next upgrade.

danny winget 10 mins of everything is much better than 25 mins of nothing there are plenty of reviews which have little to no information all they all talk about is the dam screen problems like the redish pinkish tint and the black bars if thats not all they take most that time talking about how bad the fp scanner is tbh i prefer it at the back i know i am going to love it on the back i was going to wait for the note 8 due to being a note fan over the s series but ny note 4 broke 2 days ago so il just have to get the s8 and wait for the note 9

Yeah, I bought an LG G6, which I love, used Nova Launcher on it (of course), and did a bunch of setup work to get max battery, but great usage. Here's what I say per your review as well...stereo speakers front facing or like iPhone 7 are needed (I was using the Nexus 6 and miss that); fingerprint scanner placement is key as you point out; and battery life even if the phones are slightly thicker would be great! Great review as usual for you.

I really like that screen boxing feature that lets you crop out part of an app while using another app. My iPhone 6 Plus is getting seriously long in the tooth now, the 7 Plus last year was really underwhelming. If all Apple has this year is a 7S I may well jump ship.

Great job man... you covered it all... Once you use a phone with two speakers it would be hard to go back... yeah-yeah I know use a Bluetooth speaker...I can't see getting an s8.. but it does look sweet.

Great review mate Tried stretching out on my gf iphone 7+ (that I'm typing on) and I feel I'll get use to it on both left and right hands using single handily from muscle memory and stretching it haha I have medium sized hands so it's okay. how do you change the clock style on the lock screen? ive seen people with the big one where the hour is on top and minutes are below it, but ive seen people with the standard one you would find on an s7 or iphone. i really want to be able to change it!

TechFreakTv13 the s8 plus with a smaller battery and much bigger display than the s7 edge is actually 1% better battery. Not much to speak of but it's an incredible achievement.

I like it, but I started with an S3, and with the 2-year contracts, I get the odd numbers. I find that the even numbers aren't much of an upgrade from their previous years. I feel like the odd numbers add big new features. I could be wrong idk. But, even if I could upgrade in 2017, I'm really happy with my S7 edge, and don't find this to be much better.
