I've been using a Tab S7 FE for the past few year for University, and over time the poor performance really started to bother me (4gb of Ram), so I've upgraded to the S10+. I purchased it with Student Discounts and it'll hopefully arrive in a few days. Very excited about the performance boost 😅😊

I plan to upgrade from the S9 FE+ to this. Given that that has an Exynos and this has MediaTek, I'd say the difference in performance will be Night and Day...

Check the trade in deal they have a good promotion right now. Got the S10+ with the new earbud pros for $370ish with trade in before taxes. The ultra is the same price but it's way to big for me.

Im returning my tab s10 Ultra back to Bestbuy and probably picking this up instead. The reason, THE NOTCH and the two camera holes on top/bottom rather than a single hole on the left/right.

Dear. With my Tab S10+ and regarding its battery, I've noticed that every 6 minutes with the brightness at 60% and volume at 50%, the battery reduces approximately 1%. Do you consider it to be within a normal range?

I think it takes a few days or so before it adjusts to more normal battery life

I upgraded from an s9. The s10 plus is great. Its lightning fast and Im loving the larger display along with the new anti reflective coating. Its a great device.

Was it worth upgrading? The only difference I see is an anti-reflective display. For size why not go for s9 plus, or even s9 ultra for that matter, which would be available at discounted prices.

@kartik_3091 There is a noticeable difference in performance. I wanted the new model not the older bigger model. Also I'm willing to pay for what I want. To me lifet is too short so I get what I want unless it will break me and this is not close to breaking me.

You need to be aware of the limitations of the microSd card ... Not everything can be installed on it ..... Also we need to see a SPEED TEST on the microsd card that can be installed on this tablet

S9+ and it’s not close, better optimisation for games and emulation, way cheaper with almost similar experience except the anti reflective screen which isn’t allat for the price they are giving s10+ at. People are stupid and don’t examine the tab and said s10+ S9+ is way better option

Tbh after all the reviews,I guess the person who suggested the tab 9+ is a phone user. Because tablets are used for gaming and drawing. The s10+ has a big difference in graphics.

I have the S9 right now and im honestly considering upgrading.. mostly cause I want that Platinum Silver color over the graphite color on my S9. But i wouldnt mind the performance boost and larger display 😂 also all the reviewers must have huge hands because that 12.4" display looks tiny af when its being held by you and many other reviewers that ive watched

In all fairness MediaTek isn’t cheaping out. In Asia MediaTek is bigger than Snapdragon and overall has the largest share of ARM based processors on all phones.

you can still use it even if its not charged, the only difference is you cant use the button for quick shortcuts if its not charge but can still use in drawing and doing stuff

You would only notice a difference with wifi7 if your network supports it. Lot of people don't have wifi6 yet.

Samsung still hasn't updated the 2020 8.4 in Tab - Android needs a 5G, 8.X in tablet with 120hz and OLED, smh. I really prefer the Android ecosystem over iOS - the iPad Mini is the perfect eReader size with its own set it issues, Jelly scroll, no 120hz, no OLED - smh these companies play on their consumers intelligence and I hate it because I "see" my hardware solutions but ....the product doesn't exist and I'm done making excuses or convincing myself to buy something that isn't right in certain areas

I have the S7+ and tbh this doesnt look that different from it...just goes to show how Samsung made a great design with the S7 generation and just made slight tweaks imo unless you're very concerned about the lack of updates, or the LCD screen in your case...you really dont need to upgrade but if you do the S9 might be a better choice if you like the S7's size cause thats the only modern 11 in OLED tablet in Samsung's lineup

I just did the same. The s9 Ultra looks way cooler and is fantastic in every way. Its just a bit too big for my everyday use. With increased trade-in value, 30 percent discount and included keyboard cover - I got the s10+ at no-cost besides the trade-in. Will miss the ultra, but this is just better suited for my needs.
