Agreed. I've been saying it for awhile now. The S24 Ultra is the absolute best phone since the S23 Ultra. The S25U just doesn't cut it. With seven years of upgrades, holding on to the S24U seems like the smartest move. Its sleek design, S-Pen features, & overall performance are reasons enough for me to wait until Samsung comes to its senses.

Got my S25 Ultra today. Freaking awesome. It feels really smoother than the S24 Ultra at least a bit. Maybe the One UI7. But sad that Good Lock isn't ready 100% right now :/ Waiting for updates. And the blood sugar measuring without stitching would not be a gane changer, it would be a live changer for diabetics like me.

It appeares that Samsung has a cycle for the bezel. They do a series without it, then next year, they bring it back. At least we'll have it again, and now do the same with the Bluetooth S-Pen.

That will almost definitely happen, after the huge black eye they took for removing it this year. Apparently, it really hit them in sales (as it should). I still ordered the S25 ultra, because I really wanted to upgrade to the latest from my current base s23, but rumors are that most s24 ultra users are resisting upgrading.

I’m jealous of your pre-order bonuses. in Australia this year all we got was the double storage offer and a $200 voucher if we signed up to get notifications for Samsung unpacked. Telcos throw in some extras. but last year you could buy the phone outright with $1250 of bonuses, including bonus trading credit which was non-existent this year. extra vouchers from all retailers, and then certain retailers had extra vouchers on top of that.

While the design of the Watch Classic is very "safe" and nobody really dislikes it, the Watch Ultra is hated by many. But to my surprise, I have gotten so many compliments for my white Watch Ultra, it's actually mind blowing. Nobody has said anything about my Watch6 Classic though 🤔 Really hope we get an updated Ultra this year 🤩

I still use the original Samsung watch with moving bezel. It isn’t upgradable but it works with the iPhone as well. The blood pressure monitor feature never seems to want to arrive on the watch although it is constantly being talked about. So does that feature exist or not?

It's good that the Classic is back, but on the other hand, it has to come back with a battery 🔋 as large as Ultra's, but especially the Dual Processor (like OnePlus Watch 2) which now allows smartwatches under Wear-OS to have a super autonomy 🤞🏽

I shouldn't be laughing because I'm genuinely bummed about the SPen (built-in stylus is the feature that's kept me a Samsung buyer every non-flammable year since the Note2 - I just can't rationalize buying the S25U when that distinguishing feature is downgraded from my S24U), but I can absolutely see that. First Apple will do a iCuff, we'll all feel smug when Samsung ads troll it, then we'll find out instead of the Watch11, we're getting the Galaxy WBand, with press releases telling us how much lighter and sleeker it will be without a watch face, which their data shows users rarely use anyway, and reminding us we can just check the time on our phones 🤦‍♀️

Absolutely love my GW6 Classic esp as I can view my BG (reason for buying) It's fast, easy to navigate and of course...... The bezel 🖖😎😁👍❤️ My only gripe is with the APPALLING battery life 😩😩😩 like I BARELY get a full day from it - considering other brands have managed to get more out of sometimes less, Samsung need to step up. See now I'm in a dilemma...... The OnePlus Open 2 comes out in either Q1 or Q2 and supposdaly the Watch 3 mid-year... As much as I love my GW6-Classic but for reasons I've mentioned above I am seriously considering embracing the full OnePlus ecosystem, upgrading from my og Open & GW6-Classic > the Open V2 & Watch 3 (providing it has a bezel)

Nope, let the classic model stay right where it’s at if there is no ultra two I’ll hold onto my ultra one. The classic rotating basil was horrible. It never rotated properly for no one‘s watch. I don’t care what anyone says. I brought all the watches and not once was rotating the screen with the basil flawless I noticed today rotating the digital basil was fast and responsive when I rotate the screen move the last class was straight trash maybe it was the chip but I’m not willing to take that chance so if it’s not the ultra, it is amazingly accurate. I’m not buying it, but I’m good with a two year cycle as long as the accuracy remains

It's all I complained about when the Ultra came out, so I kept my Watch 6 Classic for a couple of months until a friend got the Ultra. It was so nice in black I had to have one and can honestly say the rotating bezel makes a Huge difference on the Ultra, the digital one is spot-on, perfect to what the Watch 5 had! So, honest opinion eat my words here but going back to my Watch 6 Classic now was so weird, I didn't like the bezel anymore! Oh, that was so hard to admit! Samsung have cracked it with the digital bezel! But won't be going for the S25 ultra this year as Use the Spen on my s24 ultra and s9 ultra everyday that's what they should be focusing on! When the one ui 7 update drops for the s24 ultra it's going to wipe the floor with the s25 ultra! That's why their holding it back now for us s24 ultra users! Tweeking it so won't have same as s25 ultra or waiting till sales reach a goal!

There’s no such thing as a stupid question! Yes, you can use whatever LED watch face you want on the Watch Classic, just like on the regular Watch 6. Since it runs Wear OS, you can install third-party apps like Bubbles Cloud without needing the Ultra or Pro versions. Those models might have extra durability or features, but when it comes to watch faces, you’ve got the same flexibility.

Regardless, I LOVE my Samsung Watch 6 Classic that I got as a REFIRB through Amazon for only $130 US and I LOVE it despite its HORRIBLE battery life! I get 2days MAX on power-save mode BUT, does ALL the things that the Garmin, Fitbit Versa 3 FAILED in every way for me.. I wanted a mobile payment watch that would work with my debit card, and this 6 Classic works FLAWLESS for that all day. It's ALL about functionality over battery life, as I just want things to WORK and Garmin and Fitbit FAILED for me.

As a sammy fan i am shocked and very much disappointed as i waited so long to upgrade from S22 ultra to S25 ultra but S25 ultra isn't worth $1300. I get your point, but he really pushed the camera rings, and it’s not something that’ll happen in normal use (we'll only know for sure after a long term use maybe a year or two)-but still, it’s not reassuring to see them come off. The bigger issue is definitely the screen durability. Scratching at level 6 instead of 7 is a step back, and for a $1300 phone, that’s disappointing.

@ the phone has nothing to do with sensor accuracy, all the numbers will be displayed as accurately as they would on a Galaxy phone. I just lose certain features that comes with using the Galaxy ecosystem. Overall, Galaxy watches are just very inaccurate. Been the same story for the last three watches.

We had a watch with a rotating bezel, then they removed it with the Active then it became Classic, then it was removed for Pro, then it came back, then it became Ultra, and now they are bringing it back.
