Samsung Galaxy Y Root (Root Aborted.)

I don't know why,I've tried many times but there's a huge problem when I want to Root my phone.I hope someone can help me to fix this problem,& I'm pretty sure more people should have this problem.

Ariel Cunha install CWM (Clockworkmode) on your phone: download the proper version for your phone(whenever you boot you see a number which is like this GT-12345) so download the right one and install it with the recovery mode on your phone. now click apply update.zip and it'll be installed.
