I love my Z Fold 6, one thing I can say is that with Google providing 45 watt charging on the new Pixel 9 Pro Fold and the Chinese brands having larger batteries in thinner foldables, Samsung could have definitely given us a 5000Mah battery and faster charging.

It could also be that Samsung is using the most reliable tech at the moment. I've seen a lot of pictures of the One Plus Open that have the upside down L shaped screen break, and the model of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold looks like the same tech and manufacturer to me. So I'll take less internal power for the tradeoff of having 6 generations reliability and experience any day.

Please Samsung do not listen to these KZbinrs complaining about the width of the cover screen. I think it's absolutely perfect! It fits perfectly in the palm of my hand so the ergonomics and reachability are perfect! It's the exact reason I would never even consider the Pixel Fold -- it's too girthy!

The size of cover screen is good for its purpose - one handed and quick functions. It will also make you appreciate the main screen more. Other brands may have good foldables but they can't match samsung's software, functionality, and AI features. The zF6 is made as it is including the camera. People who want better camera for fold should go for S series, but the fold's camera is already fine as it is. Everything is good except should've been a better battery.

What I loved about my fold. Could pull it out of my pocket and use it with one hand never really opened it. Love how skinny the first screen was and also the shock and amazement from people when I would show them it was a phone lol

I actually love the fold 6 front screen size now! I want a compact phone when its in my pocket. If it was the same size as the s24 ultra, then i would probably just get the s24 ultra, even though i love the form factor of the fold. I dont want an s24 ultra wedged in my pocket. And one handed use on the fold 6 is fantastic

I think charging speeds are overrated. Most people charge when they are sleeping. Most people have car chargers and if you need to add charge you do it when driving or getting a shower. Battery could be better yes. Camera needs better zoom and could use a little better cameras don't necessarily need ultra cameras cause the quality is good how it is. The width isn't bad wouldn't mind 2 more mm but it does work

When you shower? How long are you showering for? If the charge is slow you are not going to get much out of it during a shower. Fast charging is an OK susbsitutue but I would rather a longer battery life per charge than a faster charge.

This only is true for someone who doesn't work a long day and/or someone who doesn't use the phone a lot. I have never even gotten through one work day without charging. I don't really have a place to charge for more than a few minutes at a time without leaving it unattended, so I end up having to carry around a portable battery pack in my pocket, which is a pain in the ass. Granted, i heard that the 6 has a more optimized battery, but I don't see the same size battery giving me that much time. I'm thinking of going with the oneplus open with its larger battery and way faster charging. 13 hour minimum work days for me and since I work at night, I always have it playing in my ear. I pay for youtube premium, but they stopped letting it play while screen is off. I go through some battery.

In my opinion, going thinner is not really what people are looking for in the end. It's more about specifications and utility. If they keep this thickness and add more features (better camera, better battery, S Pen, etc.), that would be the real improvement.

I like the cover screen size for One handed use and footprint size Battery life is good for full day charge overnight. Just turn off 5g and get at least 1.5hrs screen on time. After using cams for a week they really are meh indoors at best. But not really care cuz better cams = reason to raise price. Saf right about spen it only makes sense to have in phone if front screen has digitizer too but that breaks samsungs fold user philosophy. But biggest miss: really after seeing my friends s24u all the time my gosh, anti reflection on fold 6 would be game changer. And tbh i wouldn'tve bought the fold6 if not for the ridiculous discounts thru carrier.

I would to see you compare the thickness of the new foldable flagshipphones with the camerabump(why is it always without). The new cameras on the phones are so huge and big, that its relevant to know the thickness with the camera and not without.

If they embed the pen, then they are stuck with the thickness and cannot evolve and make the fold thinner as the competition will.

They just need to take the S24u-S25 note and make it the Fold 7 top tier cameras, faster charging, built-in Spen, and bigger displays 6.6"-6.8" outter display 8.2"-8.4" internal display. It also doesn't need a price increase they've made the money back from R&D its time for the prices to drop some minimum $100 there's no need for a $1000+ profit on each device. Edit: lol I agree with you both maybe should have listened to the entire video before making my comment. But I'm glad you both think the same as I do and have been saying since the Fold 3.

I just love my fold 6. Its nearly perfect. People usually complaining about the width of the front screen, that it is too narrow. But i love this form factor. The front screen can be used one handed. And it fits perfectly in my pocket. Also the weight is just like the s24ultra, which i used before buying fold 6. Battery life is just great. The camera is upgraded not the magapixels but the new chip brings great camera upgrades.

I got to mess with the 6 and it's great! Best foldable of the 3. But i currently use the 4 and even with the trade in the price is near $1000. In every day use, i just don't know if I'd treat it much differently than what im doing now. Im ok keeping the 4 but congrats to all of you who got the 6!

My only issue so far is the battery life and charging speeds. I had a Pixel Fold 1 then moved to the iphone. I got bored with ios18 so i decided to try the ZF6. We used to type on the iphone 4 so this isnt bad lol. Pixel Fold was my favorite device. Samsung may have beat it. This phone is beautiful. Ive got Samsung care so i normally use the S Pen case (back only) and I'm waiting for the Pitaka to ship from Preorder. (Back only)

samsung fold phone has statement....a tab turn into phone. rest are phone that turn into more wider screen. thats why samsung name fold....and felt only oneplus has the right term....open. some people say more wider cover screen....then where is uniqueness...one hand use on the cover screen... some say more camera spec....but this is productivity phone not take picture phone. need s pen use on cover screen....well cover screen is for phone purpose and main screen is tab purpose for me.....fast wired and wireless charging was great option but im ok with it ( from 52 percent to 82 it took me 10 mins...im confused with fast charging). nil crease would have been best but im still ok with it. maybe more ram like 16gb and wifi 7 would have been latest with more fancy impression most question is why pay more....thats huge problem. what is there??? i remember when iphone came...what a costly phone...all had same issue....now every single member has a iphone....so is it actually price ?? hehe

Hey, so the new phone's cover screen is way better than the old one, in my opinion. It's a bit wider and shorter, which makes typing so much easier. I had some issues with the Fold 4, but this one fixes all that. I know some people might want a full-size screen on the outside, but that would make it too big and bulky to carry around. The S24 Ultra is just too big to fit in your pocket comfortably. The Fold 6 is the perfect size, though. It's small enough to fit in your pocket, but the screen is still big when you unfold it.

The reason Fold 6 is a bit thicker then the other foldable flagships, is that you need space to put the tech in. So if you make it less wide then others, it will be a bit thicker to get all the tech in it. If you look at the total volume of the phone, its smaller then the other flagships. They put more tech in less of the space then others, but the sacrefice is a camera that is not so good as the other new flagships. That being said. Every one talks about the other phones being slimmer. That is not true, its because nobody talks about the extreme camerabumps the other phones got They fill out like 35% of the back on the other foldable phones..... but when people talk about how slim phones are, they just dont mesure it with the camera on(its like its not there😂). Oneplus fold, Vivo, Xiamo, Pixel fold, Huawei and so on, got huge camerabumps...... enormous..... but at the same time, youtubers tells us the thickness of the phone without the camerabump and saying they are the slimmest ones. They are not, with the extreme camerabump, filling out 35% of the back, they are not about 9-10 mm thick, but more like 13-15 mm on 35% off the phone.
