I decided to pass on the Z Fold 6 and opted for the Flip 6 this year. I'm really looking forward to it. The Z Fold 6 isn't much different from the 5, which I previously owned and sold. While I currently have the S24U, I'm looking for something more compact, so the Z Flip 6 is the perfect choice for me.

Ya I thought I was going to buy the fold 6, but opted for the flip. I think if the battery was 5000mAh, I would of. The flip 6 should have solid battery life this year

Hi... I love your site, after having watched and learned about all of my Samsung Galaxies over the years, I currently have the S22 Ultra and the Z-Fold 3. You've taught me so much more than Samsung has, so I thank you! So, I have under-utilized my Z-Fold 3 because I've not been able to find a good method of carrying the s-pen. But, now, I see Samsung has made a case that includes the s-pen, so, do you think it's worth it to move to the Z-Fold 6, because I'm certain there are, or must be, several additional benefits and features since the Z-Fold 3. So, trusting in your phenomenal expertise, is it worth the $900 additional with trade-in of my Z-Fold 3? Thank you in advance for your advise, and I will continue to learn from you! I'm very loyal, be it doctors, lawyers, and business-people like myself, and I take all of your advice seriously.

Get the silver version because it's silver shadow in color, it won't absorb all the heat, like the the darker blue one an the black one will.

Yeah but then they wouldn't have a phone to sell for the next 4-6 years ago that's not realistic. They need to add those features for sure, but they're going to add em slowly unfortunately.

Hear me out, Ultimate Samsung folding phone; open physical dimensions similar to the Tab S9, it's a trifold so it folds down to a third the width at the expense of being about 16mm thick. Give it S24 cameras, a built-in stylus, and fast charging. Maybe we'll sacrifice some battery for the sake of thickness but imagine the use of having a phone with around 8000mAh of battery that you can unfold into a full productive tablet

Rather insane thar Samsung is just dragging their feet on putting actual upgrades to their device Pen support and the same cameras are the very least they can do. I am not worried about a spen slot because at some point it is needed. I'd rather have access to the Fold with a spen support (especially for the business person perspective) and for the dad in me. Give us the same camera results. I'm literally thinking about jumping ship on a different Fold fir this very reason. I currently carry Flip6 and my S23U.

Those camera lenses look a bit ugly in my opinion. It's a shame they didn't follow the S24 Ultra's camera lens outer design, that gives a much more premium look.

We see it since Fold 2. Year by year just minor upgrades. No improvement on camera at all except night mode. Guess it's not enough as competition grows.

Most importantly, does the screen and hinge design last longer? If so then that's already a good reason for me. Now i don't own a fold yet so i was planning on getting a used Fold 5 but this might change my mind. Also for clarity, i usually buy a flagship phone and use it for several years. I'm not someone who switches each or every second year.

I got the fold 4 the week it came available. I'm still using it. The hinge and inner screen are still perfect, and I got a major update last week, AI features included. I'm going to keep this phone for a few more years. Even the battery is very good. I get a full day out of it, and I use it constantly for films and other bits. It's usually at 40 per cent in the evening. The inner screen protector only gave up last week, iv a new one, ordered from Samsung. It started lifting in the centre where it foldes. I'd definitely go with the 5 or buy the 6 it will last you years. Treat yourself.

ZF6 to ZF5 is S24U to S23U. Only feature I like in s24u is AR screen coating. Which Zf6 don't have. Disappointed

Iv the fold 4 since it was launched, and it's still perfect. You actually don't even see the crease after a while. I'm definitely keeping mine I won't upgrade. My fold 4 is still perfect and battery too.
