I bought one (Gear 2), nice gadget. After 3 days of usages, I'm going to return it and get my money back due to lack of Apps. I think if I wait it out till Gear 4 or 5 come out. By then, it would be lot useful to have.

Jeff Smith I wish I had returned mine too! Not more than a week (7 days to be exact) the screen on my Gear 2 shattered. I was walking into my house, right hand to unlock the dead-bolt and my left hand where the watch was on. As I opened the door, the watch nicked/grazed the door frame and blam... Shattered! I would hardly call it a hard it. It hit the right-top corner where the glass curves and spider webbed down to the middle. What I don't get is how this can crack so easily? It's made from Corning Gorilla Glass 3 (as stated on Corning's website). This smartwatch is supposed to be not only a watch but also for fitness. I think the weakness is where the glass curves on the top and bottom of the display. I can only imagine more cracked screens to come, especially with people using it running on treadmills and hitting the bar to hold on and the watch hits the handle bar etc... Major disappointment that it would break so easily! WARNING to all Gear 2, Neo owners. For people that own the Gear Fit, I would never wear it underneath you wrist! I contacted Samsung and it will cost me $70.38 to get the screen fixed.

To answer call and such are you required to have your phone in your pocket or in a close proximity? I myself have an s4, I would love to win an s5 for my mother whom badly needs an upgrade from her s2. She has some sort of malfunction which causes her batter to drain in only one or two hours.

I think blackface was super prevalent up until the early 1940s as result of the massive popularity of minstrel shows from the mid-1920s onward. With the rise of the civil rights moment and abrupt disappearance of minstrel shows from the cultural zeitgeist blackface also disappeared from the public eye, and in general, almost entirely. I'm willing to bet that Amazon has the more popular ones available for purchase on DVD though since they're still culturally relevant, not to mention a powerful demonstration on how quickly race relations can cha... psyche! One thing I did not get...does it have an internal memory? Can I download mp3s on it and then listen to music independently of my phone? The audio connection is only through BT or it also has an audio jack? It's very important to me to be able to go for a run listening to music and leavin6my big note 3 at home...

Yes it has if I'm not mistaken a 4gig internal yes you can put music on it and I don't believe there is a jack you would have to use a Bluetooth headset or use the jack on your phone. The watch has 2 ways to play your music. 1 way is media control which plays the music on your phone and 2nd it has a music player which you can play music and hear music on the watch

Yep I just sent a few songs from my phone to the watch which is about the same time if you use samsung link. I have my Beats by Dre wireless connect and it sounds great. Doesn't interfere with the Rocket player on the note either, I can pause one and play the other

i dont know how it is with iphones, but i can use this watch with my Oppo Find 7! and there are also video´s out showing how you can make it work with HTC One M8 or OnePlus One! you just have to install the data manually to where they belong to!

I got the gear neo in orange because I felt the metal gear 2 looked too masculine. Would have liked the camera but it wasn't worth the extra 100 for what would be a basic camera which I wouldn't use. Hoping the colour of the neo offsets how big it'll look on my wrist.

I always just assumed on all iterations of the galaxy gear that they had the micro usb charging cable on the cradle thingy cause if the port was on the watch itself sweat from your wrist would get into the port and damage it, but i dunno maybe i'm wrong

I have the Gear 2. I sold my original Gear (for a fraction of what I paid for it) and I love the new design and feel. I love the fact that I can change the band. I don't mind about the charging cradle. It better than the original Gear. Anyway I'm very happy with my purchase. I am part of the Samsung Eco System. Note 3, Note 10.1 2014 edition, S3. Tim

My personal opinion on Gear 2 Neo, I have been using the watch for two weeks and I came across pros and cons. Pros are; light weight, notifications are useful, great for running with music, app "watch on" for tv is great use it alot, quick replies for text are useful at work or driving. Strap is really comfortable and easy to change. Good battery life. I have gone 3 days w/o a charge and regular use. Range on device is about 30ft so is great for charging your phone and not missing a call if it is in the other room, or to move around the office and leave phone in the desk. Cons are; speaker for call is not good lacks of clearness and volume and hard to use it as a phone, still not enough apps for a average consumer, not compatible with other brands. Operating system is different so first day it was more about learning to even navigate the device than customizing it. Leave a comment here if you have any questions I could help answer too. Finally someone understands battery life. Honestly one days use off a full battery is still awesome. I don't know anyone who wears their non smart watch to bed. More than likely it will be placed on a stand or by your bed as with your smart watch doing the same thing just charging back up.

I know some people have there things about charging and whatever. This is what you do: Do your stuff through the day, when your not going to use it for the rest of the day or your going to bed, charge it while you sleep. Then it should be ready for the next day. It only takes about an 1 and a half to charge

+GamyVideos | nejko_does_MC Yes you can use it with any of your phones. There is a hacked Gear Manager app to use it with any Android. I installed the app on HTC Desire 500 and it starts up normally. (unfortunatelly i dont have a Gear, neither NFC to test the connection, but people say it works just fine) Or you could take the watch, and install Android Wear on it. Somebody on XDA ported Android Wear (Lollipop) to Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo. And you could actually USE the speaker from your watch. (music, typing on Minuum keyboard, watching youtube, etc) Anyway, is your choice. Tizen with no features, or Android Wear with almosy infinte possibilities. Have i mentioned that you can watch porn on Android Wear (probably). Again, i dont have a watch to test. But you can install full Firefox browser, not just a mini version for Wear and you can install QQ Player or Es File Manager (bc it has a video player included) to play videos online. Theoretically it should play any video from the browser... but i can tell for sure. Just dont forget max volume on tho. You know... to avoid akward situations. And last thing. You need Android 4.4 or more on your phone to use Android Wear app to connect your phone with your watch.

Until they decode to create a truly high end release with real sapphire crystal (glass scratches, people) a really solid and well finished steel case and a superb bracelet that doesn't feel Walmart cheap, Samsung will not convert any true watch aficionados. I have five time pieces and wouldn't even consider the current crop of smart watches. I've tried them all on and they feel shockingly cheap. How the hell can I go from an Omega Seamaster Pro to one of these? A solid, heavy and sturdy steel bracelet is a must. Waterproofing to 100 feet is a must. Once we see those bridges crossed, I will be interested. And yes, that likely means price points at or above $1,000. I'm fine with that. Drop the useless camera to save some scratch. I don't need a camera on my phone and on my watch.
