it may take time .... keep repeating the process of selecting network manually after resetting network settings ..... unable to connect to a network usually happens when there are network issues in the area

Despite following all the steps on M 51, manual setting of network operators is not showing on the phone and no operators are appearing. I doubt whether this M 51 phone is provided with the feature of manual selection of the operators. Please comment

My mother is using Galaxy M51. She used two Airtel sim both from different state. Sam A is working well but Sim B is not. When only Sim A is off then Sim B get's signal but when turning on Both Sim B signal stopped. It's the same even when changing the sim place, Sim.A will work but not sim B. Is there any reason?

@@kushwanth7 Actually during update process, sometimes the SIM card gets nonfunctional. So there is only one solution to change your SIM card.
