ongoing issue but just fixed for me at least for now. go to sim settings > access point names > click the 3 dots at the top and reset it to default. hope this helps!

Why does this issue happen??????? My phone everytime faces this issue and i missed my important phone calls 🙂🙂 i restart my phone and set it on aeroplane mode temporarily it seemed to be resolved but after few days again same error occurs 🙂

wow not an old phone at all. it appears there are two issues here - i think you need to try using another charger to see if it resolves the battery issue. for the network issue - maybe the sim card got damaged? try putting it back in/out. make sure that sim is enabled.

Try either. On some phones there are 2 slots, but sometimes one is memory and one is sim. You will need to check your SIM tray, it's usually written on it.

I had this problem for several days and frantically looked for a solution. Checked my network connections and mobile data and discovered voLTE had been switched to OFF and instead of CDM ,it was set to Global.

Does your SIM work with another phone? Is it a new phone? Maybe it doesn't support network. That's what I could think of but there could be many more reasons why you are having issues.
