Nice video. Been looking for this, since most tutorials actually change the screen and the frame with it, for no reason. Seems easy enough to remove the screen, I am surprised. Nice explanations, very clear. What temperature do you heat the phone to remove the screen ? If you had some links for buying the LCD screen and the glue, that would be nice too. Also, you should precise that with this LCD, the fingerprint sensor and the S-Pen are not going to work, though the price is much lower than the oled display. Nice job, keep up the good work!

@@aj_tech6624 ​ I bought a TFT screen but it doesnt fit perfectly unfortunately :-( Also, I put my phone 5min at 80°C in a kitchen oven and it did the trick to remove the screen pretty easily.
