In Q800D While watching movies on the OTT platform like Amazon, Netflix sub woofer produces loud rumbling noise even at -6 level, which give headache, can't even watch for 30 minutes..any solution?

Do a reset..if not resolved then raise a complaint

@TechTrickReview raised complaint and engineer visited, but he said in ott app movies subwoofer sound will be like that only rumble or echo like sound, also he checked sound in KZbin, which were playing fine without much rumble effect, I don't know what to do..

But this is not the solution. Do one thing. Go to the shop from where you purchased it. Ask them to play something on OTT with Q800D. Then check if there also it is same, then ok. Otherwise ask them to resolve your issue. But before testing don't infm them about your issue. 1st ask them to do it

Yes mera room 14 x 16 ka hai aur main 50..60% pe hi sun pata hai. Best soundbar under 25k. Lekin agar samsung tv h to samsung soundbar hi prefer karo
