Q990C has some issues that's why it is not that famous. You could have purchased q990b. Do a reset of the soundbar n check if resolved or not. Company guys are the same. They will always try to put things on you.

No. it is standalone bar and currently Samsung optional rear kit is not available in india. So S95QR is better.

Sony is also good. Isme bass bohit acha hai. But yeh atmos nhi hai. Q800c atmos bar hai. To in dono k bech cmpare nhi ho sakta. Agar q800c rear kit ke sath kharidoge to wo sony se far better immersive sound dega.
