Thank you soooo much. I called the samsung customer service line, they told me that i could schedule a service call for $160.00. That was just for the service person to come to my house, then depending on what parts were needed i would be paying another $130 or more. Thank you for saving me $290.00.

On my RF series I tried pushing the Power Freeze / Power Cool buttons and that didn't do the trick, I ended up trying different combinations and the Energy Saver and Alarm / Light button combination is what worked for me. Thanks for posting.
