All Samsung services are region locked, i find it disgusting as they aren't sold illegally or out of their region, all the big chains are partnered with Samsung and the biggest carrier offers to sell them with package benefits. But everything, and i mean everything, is "not available in your country".

Heyy I have a question, Pubg mobile currently have 90fps option for the phones which has 90fps display. So bcz note 20 ultra has 120fps display is it possible to turn on the 90fps option turned on on note 20 ultra? Like even after turning on high fps option on this gaming plugin? Please reply.

Depends on what variant you have. Pubg mobile 90 fps is not available on the Exynos variant.

If you are using exynos variant then pubg jot supported for you device, only for snapdragon variant, but you can enable with gfx tool from playstore, but keep in mind the fps sot so stable so you need to disabled games optimization service
