Regretting with my samsung phones. Also have this green line on my note 20 ultra. And also regretting buying zfold4 which is also defective. I can no longer open the fold at 180 degrees. Vrry frustrated at samsung. Why Samsung? Never buying samsung again.

Not only samsung. Many other phones also hav green line issue. Its because of update. Dont rush to update the software. Have a check at it. Find reviews of the update before updating it. Always have extended warranty on expensive phones.

I have the same iissue! I bought one bramd new sealed in the box in Sept 2023. 2 months later the vack glass unglued and in the 4th month, the first green line appeared in the screen. Such a shame on Samsung. I'm never buying another one again.

Confirmo jamas lo actualice y como quiera pasa eso, es una cuestion de sobrecalentamiento, intenten bloquear y desbloquear asi unas 20 o 50 veces y funciona despues actualicenlo como puedan y ya despues le bajan el brillo ño dejan en 60Hz y ya estara funcionando , samsung me decepciono esta vez

Me acabó de ocurrir hoy , una línea que va de punta a punta , sinceramente no creo que sea que estén malas las pantallas , Sansung no mancharía su nombre así , pienso que es un bug del software , ya he investigado y me han dicho que actualice el software de mi S20 plus y si no funciona que lo restablezca de fábrica , espero que esa sea la solución Yo pienso que no es rotura se la pantalla porque estoy seguro que al 100% de todos aquí les sucedió de la nada y que es un error del sistema porque según estuve leyendo las demás lineas que salen luego salen un orden especifico , voy a probar de todas formas , igual es triste , en el pais en el que vivo , un telefono es demasiado difícil de conseguir , teniendo en cuenta que tengo un gama alta y además aquí no hay puestos de servicio al cliente de Sansung , ya todos saben a que país me refiero 😢
