Same happen to me... They Ask for Offical invoice.. Who keeps Box and invoice after an year or two? And what about the person who buys second hand phone?

Samsung is not replaced or any kind of support for green line . It's all fake Samsung anyhow try to blame customer only I m having bill box and all accessories but they argue with minor hard to visible and revert with physical damage.

Mera s21fe v 2nd hand haa, usmein v green lina aaya unhone mna kar diya free display replacement se bcoz of no invoice or bill😭. I wll never buy Samsung again in my life worst experience even in s23 series green line appers😢 And they want to compete apple iPhone😂i know iPhone is expensive but its worth it. It works for 5-6 years easily with no problem👍and in budget segment POCO REDMI IQOO is best

Samsung Repair Store jao... Apni OG invoice aur phone box leke before 30 th September 2024...free of cost Display and battery change kr k milegi ( one time only)

Please don't buy samsung mobile. I got green line issue in my s22 ultra after update. But company refused to replace screen. Most of s service samsung mobile are having green line issue.

Haa ye issue almost saro k sath hai... Kya hi bole ab samsung walo ko lac ka phone Mein... Color bleed screen use karne pe... Yellow Green dikhta hai... Red... Toh samj hi nai aata kya hai
