My friend got S23 Ultra from Dubai under 60k even though S24 ultra was selling at 70k there(reason being better telephoto lens and more vfm) I have used its camera personally and can confirm its among the best cameras out there It feels like a proper huge slab phone and S24U feels even more like a slab phone so if you don't like that stay away from this
