This is really strange because in my country it is included in the box (sometimes it doesn't come with a headset but it always comes with a full charger without exception), I don't know if it could be something in the law of my country that obliges the company to include

Hi, owner of the phone (and the hands) in this video here! Nope, I've never tried Burga before. I know it can be quite costly, but in terms of design and durability, I've heard good things about it too. Another good one I heard is Spigen. Maybe not as aesthetically pleasing as Burga, but people say it's durable and cheaper.

i have tough and elite cases from burga! they're good but the touch cases can be quite slippery and the elite ones may be a bit bulky if you have small hands. they're pretty and great to protect the phone but they can be quite costly.

I have the s22 ultra I’m upgrading to S24 Ultra next year in August. What are the pros cons?

I upgraded from S21 Ultra, so I can't speak on S22 Ultra. But for S24 Ultra, the camera footage is definitely a lot sharper and true to colour. The zoom is great too, I can take really decent photos of the moon with the 100x zoom. Battery life, as of right now after 1-2 months of usage, is still great, I usually don't have to charge it until the end of the day. The mobile display is very clear and sharp, the difference between the videos and photos I see on Instagram in S24 Ultra and my old S21 Ultra is huge. And I find myself using its Galaxy AI feature a lot these days to refine my grammar in my texts and auto-retouch photos. As for cons, I still find S24 Ultra's camera in low light settings/at night a bit weak, albeit better than the older phones. It tends to make the images brighter than they actually are, which sometimes makes the images grainy? Which I think is an issue with all of the Samsung phones I've used so far.

My first unboxing nightmare I tried 3 different S24U and were so buggy and glitches I returned the 3rd and gave up on samsung for good 14 ui 6.1 is a mess maybe 15 ui 7.0 is better

that's insane, my mom bought the S24U recently and she has loved it a lot, she says everything is super smooth and runs like a dream, either what you bought was a fake or you have bad luck 😓
